is there a way to make the Diamond vibrate when i use the soft-Keyboard?
so that you noticed a feedback for easier text writing?
i know this feature from other smartphones like samsung etc.
i think this will help write with less errors...

try the forums for Happy tapping keyboard, its a bigger keyboard with an iphone skin thats ok for a child's fingers in portrait(most keyboards are like this) and alot better in landscape.....

i can t stand this automatic text completion when you write sms. oonce you start to write a word, it suggest and select some words that in final turn to be a mess and a nightmare.
i didn t find any option for unactive this auto completion.
is it possible to turn it off?

In your keyboard (if youre using full qwerty) theres a key with a switch abc<-->t9 (between shift and space) click on it so the switch goes to abc side-- now your auto word completion is off --- (auto word completion is named as t9 in winmo--I think )

HTC use a flavour of T9 auto-completion called xT9. It is used on all three of the HTC keyboards (Phone Keypad, Compact QWERTY and Full Qwerty). It's not terrible, but it is a bit quirky. You can get rid of xT9 completely and restore the old T9 auto-completion/correction, which behaves more as you would expect it. Unfortunately the HTC keyboards behave rather unpredictably with the old T9 (the phone keypad just plain won't work!).
Your real alternatives are to stick with xT9 (and turn it to ABC input as necessary) using the HTC input methods... or go back to T9 and use a third party keyboard SIP, or the Windows one.

ive tried easysms and phonetype.
you can search for both and try.
i like phonetype better coz easysms is too colorful and kind of have a slow response.
i was trying on htc's but can't seem to make it work.

In Kaiser when pressing function (FN) than the space bar works to accent any letter (é, è, ê, ç).
In TP2 I cannot find this functionality. Actually the FN+SYM is really bad as it takes time.
Anyone knows how to make my TP2 space bar as it was on my Kaiser?

Typing accented chars on the hardware keyboard is a nightmare. It was easier on my Titan. There must be a way, please!

Not only kaiser: Xperia and Eten M700 had the FN+SYM key function (working in conjunction with sym.0409.txt file)for special characters
I agree with You. I need/want the FN+SYM keys function for symbols and special characters.

It's not exactly what I'm looking for, since that would still require multiple presses to change my language if I'm inside an application. What would be better is if it added like 2 buttons somewhere above the keyboard perhaps, one with "English", and one with "Norwegian", or that you could swipe the keyboard to change languages or something like that
It's for when I'm talking on MSN on my phone, I'll have one conversation where I speak English, and the other Norwegian, and then I need an easy way to switch between
Try Smart Keyboard. It lets you setup functions for swipe up/down/left/right, including switch languages.
