assuming this is a higher build number than currently avaliable on Hermes, any ideas where we can get it?
Thinking about creating my own Rom, but have not seen the point in reinventing the wheel.. when there are such stable roms for the currently avaliable builds.

Go to advance edit .

Go into settings / phone / Band and change the band it is using
i changed it to GSM (900+1800) + UTMS (2100 + 850)

i tried that but it still doesnt work...
Im using Three in the UK....getting the 'x' with an arrow left and right...instead of my beloved 'H'

Check with Schaps Adv Confiquration if the GPRS auto Attach is enabled.

In Regional Settings I don't have Polish Settings. I wrote it before here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2351103&postcount=8 but you don't answer... Do you have in your plans adding UC Compliant. Rom have still 3 different Task Managers... Can you delete standard system Task Manager?

Look fine as far. An interesting point is the icon for the input method at the middle of the last row changes with time. Sometimes changed to HSPDA logo and then back ot normal

UC Compliant works perfect, but still like in version 9.0 there are no Regional Settings for Poland and for Romania. Do you know how to solve that?

i installed tf3dconfig n then applied vodafone red theme..n i was left with only 30 mb storage memory whick kinda sucks..

well, if u r flashing cooked rom for the first time, i hope u have hardspl installed in your phone.
dont even think to use this stupid upgrade from htc..
try macadam 6.1 or bsbd 6.5... i found them the best.

Search in XDA for Boot Splash (the first screen when the phone starts after it shows the verison and Radio of the phone). there are tons of them or maybe you can try some home made boot Splash...
Note : Make sure your phone is Hard SPL before you do this.

I also have Indian P3490, which was Airtel Locked. And latest ROM from HTC is toooo slow.
If you want to flash your ROM them there are two suggestions
1. BsB 6.5.1E (Excellent) - Very Fast -- Based on titanium edition
2. Benko's ROM - Based on revolution edition -- Good one -- though a little slow

I would like to know what you all think os the best rom and radio for HTC Artemis (XDA Oribt 1)

As for the radio I recommend 3.34.90 and for the Rom i recommend either shady313's WM6.5 build 23060 Rom or Dheewatara's WM6.5 build 23414 as that is what i am using as of now

Actually I have tried 23075 as well and its newer than the 23414 version I would say its better to stick with the 23075

If you want a great rom then search for this
Ask Artemis Touch 4.02 WM6.1 WWE ROM, 5.2.19199
In my opinion it is the best rom I have flashed to date plus it includes Touchflo with a four sided cube and basically includes just about everything you could ever want.
Please note that this is only my opinion and I mean no disrespect the great roms that all chefs are cooking. Long may they continue thier excellent work

hi guys...i'm a newbie at flashing rom and I was wondering if someone can give me somehelp with these questions:
1. what's the best rom...i refer to speed, signal strainght and a bit of futures..
2. I've seen this rom "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400452" that sais "45mb total storage memory/ 25mb free program memory"...what does that mean, wich memory it refers to??I ask this because when I look into my Artemis under settings\device info\hardware it sais flash size: 128mb, but storage size:37.63mb..
3. what's the difference between flash mem and storage mem??

There is no newest version of HardSPL, only the correct version. Anything else will either not work or break your phone
If you have original Trinity/P3600 (128M storage mem) then you need Trinity HardSPL Olipro 1.20
If you have later P3600i (256M storage mem) then you need P3600i HardSPL Olipro 3.20
Any "newer" HardSPL versions than these are intended for other phones.
As for Radio, everyone these days seems to be running the latest radio released for the TRIN* which was 1.56.70.11
I will leave the decision of what ROM up others to suggest. We all have favourites but our preferences vary between stability speed and features (you can never have all three ).

There are many good ROMs to choose from in either WM 6.1 or 6.5.
