thet i know if you use the wm5.it just only can use the 2gb only.but if u use the cooking rom for wm6.1.it can be use sdhc 8gb.that info i know from this forum. hope it's help
you need an SDHC driver for you to use more than 2GB on your ipaq.

By the way, do you happen to have the SDHC patch file so that I can read a 4gb SDHC card? I cannot find it, but I read it works.
I have read that it is possible to read a 4gb SDHC with the Eten G500 (WM5) if an SDHC patch is applied. I have been trying to locate the correct file but there dead links or many different versions for WM6 and other devices. Can anybody help me? Thanks

Hi All,
I recently upgraded my ultimate 6150 with WM6.1 ROM from Imate support site. The device still cant support my SDHC card of 4GB size. Imate support personnel says that WM6.1 ROM supports SDHC.
I tried installing HTC SDHC.cab file and it freezes wifi. Its ok after uninstalling the package.
Can anyone help me get some cab file that can add SDHC support on 6150?
