Why?
It lets you use the stock ROM with the option of having or not having the TouchFlo 3D Manilla.
Nobody cooked one based on this particular release.
You want to try it then donwload it. If you don't want it then, let it be mine only.
Don't ask for other modifications because I don't really have much spare time and I really like to rest a lot.
One more thing ... If I ever have much spare time, I'll update it.
Anyway, enjoy.

Nearly the same as the stock ROM but a few more free bytes better.(You've to run it yourself to find the exact figure)
Memory leakage = still there
Remember! This is just like the stock ROM. The only special tweak is that it's Manilla package is uninstallable. This is for somebody who likes the 1.37.707.1 ROM with/without Manilla running in the background.

Important
To improve the ROM I need your help. I cannot test every function myself. If you experience any problem, please report it! I can't improve the quality without feedback.
The ROM is a light version. It only has the orignial Microsoft Windows Mobile programs. No additional software. Additional software comes later when I am sure the base ROM is stable.

WM6.1 is a new start for me, new changelog comes here
ROM is based on the newest HTC Diamond ROM (only OS and SYS part, not the HTC programs)

CommManager beam switch is not working, you can switch beam on/off using settings -> connections -> beam

Please check if your device has a RadioROM 1.46 or higher. I advice RadioROM 1.46 or higher. To view your RadioROM version go to start -> settings-> tab: System -> Device Information. The ROMS are without RadioROM.

It has the a2dp dll from the HTC Diamond ROM, but my a2dp fix is included.
A2DP runs fine.

That's all. HTC Software comes later, this is only a base ROM.
Does somebody know a download server like rapidshare that accepts files larger then 100mb.
Rapidshare does not accept my kitchen, 107mb

I'm a bit disappointed by the free mem though, that's quite small considering no soft has been loaded yet. I'm currently running Mary 3.7.1 and it also starts at 27Mb but with a quite a few tools loaded.
I do need at least a dialer & sms

I did not make any RAM improvements to the ROM.
This comes in the final version.
I created a quick test version with all my software from version 1.2.
That version had 28mb of free RAM with a lot of programs loaded.

adewidt please put the same version of MMS composer as 1.2 in your final version
because newer version of MMS composer the sms and mms in one folder

2. If you want to uninstall TouchFLO 3D (from the regular remove programs) menu, you MUST disable it from Start -> Settings -> Today, and then you MUST be aware that uninstall will take a LONG time. Actually, not a LONG time but a REALLY REALLY REALLY LONG time. You will probably think it has crashed or isn't going to work, but have faith - it will.

There are no issues on asian devices AFAIK.
It's based on the same core as the previous TLR ROM, but everything that is new in other ROMS, is put in there

I've yet to see a genuine benefit of continuously upgrading ROMs with fractionally different cores TBH.
Each to their own, but I like the warm fuzzy feeling I get from knowing that the ROM is built with all production components...
Probably stems from my general preference for Vanillaish ROMs.

Trying now... New rom in e-club claims to have xt9 upgrades. Does anyone know at all if thia here includes portuguese? The mods avaiable only change the actual name of language, but not include dictionaries (using Elite 2.0). Thanks in advance.

Yeah, its true. But from the web, it was stated this core is for WM 7 and its still in beta version (yeah some bugs and instability)
But hopefully we can see WM 7 soon in our so called "DIAMOND"

This Rom the manilla only consists of 458 files comparing to a different rom which has 958 and another rom which has 1128 files

I only took the plunge to TLR2 the other day, and every morning when I pick up the phone (which has been charging overnight). I can't wake it up. It appears off, but if I pull the stylus out, the hard buttons light up. The only way I can do anything is to press the Soft Reset red button. Any ideas??

Installed and working very quickly but have noticed less available storage and memory available.
Storage free on fresh install is 64mb and memory available is 49.25.
GREATTTT WORK WILL GIVE IT A RUN... Its a new rom download everyday.. lol

Hi! To be sure: in V3, you used the touchflow with less animations I presume? If so, is this .cab file the version wíth the animations?

abusalza well done. That is one helluva nice ROM and I have tried a lot of them. It has lots of useful stuff in it. Have only just loaded it up, but see straight away there is a lot to like about this rom. You have obviously put heaps of work into it. Again well done.

Searching for a stable clean non-twiked ROM, many people always returning to stock ROM. But terrible, there is a WM 6.1! So now, if you are looking for stable, not modifyed and with diamond's native TouchFlo 1 ROM, this thread is yours. Some words about.
OS: WM 6.5.0.60 build 23081
ROM: ~125MB
RAM (total 113MB) load:
-TF1.2: ~60%
-Titanium: ~54%
Pagepool: 8MB

Notes:
-No Opera.9.5 seems to be old,9.7 and later are doesn't integrate with TF link on internet tab.Looking 4 solution now..
-Standard Dialer.You may install others for your choice.
-So as you see, new standard "WM Blue" theme fits well to TouchFlo.
-No new-style lockscreen. It launches very slowly and eates almost 5MB RAM.
-Still the problem with g-sensor-based rotation..I don't know where to find well solution..you may use special programs like Gyrator or Changescreen.
-Why is Manila 1, nor v2, nor v2.5 etc? TouchFlo 1 is an official Diamond version,so it looks like it's created by HTC,without any porting from WVGA and so on.Also it works faster than any other version.
-Why pagepool is 8MB? Tryed several times. 6MB makes device very slow,10MB causes TF launching crash. When 8MB, TF launch crashes almost excluded,and diamond works well.Want to change PP size? No problem->Pagepool changer
-Want to ask something like 235xx or 28xxx? Not now. I tryed to build ROM on 28002, but it crashes very often, and usually result is HR.
-ROM isn't tweaked at all. No custom splashscreens, my signs or other "brandnames". Just feel you have a ROM from unknown publisher and only remember me if you have questions.
-I'am a not ROM maker. I just used combination of lobsterdave's kitchen and integreated 23081 build. So I'll only "try" to answer your questions.

-You flashing this only at your own risk.
-Remember,you need to flash HardSPL(for example Olinex 1.93)
-Make hardreset after flash..mm..Not only Shaolin' monks saying that it helps and so on)

So, now. i'm moving to new kitchen. Want to try cook lighter ROMs with TouchFlo 1.2 basics and nothin' more. Just discover some aspects:
OS: WM 6.5.3 build 23008
ROM: ~140MB(!)
RAM (total 113MB) load:
-TF1.2: ~62%
-Titanium: ~55%
Pagepool: 8MB
Here just testing myself an early beta version of ROM based on 28008. Seems the fly going well,some minor bugs. Just wait for some release men.

TouchFlo 1.2 is useless without Calendar tab - it's my opinion
I think it's a great idea. The later tf3ds are slow and I prefer the built in calendar.

Nice work! I've been using the conservative 21876 branch of Makeveral's BsB ROM with his Manila 1.2 to do the same thing. I like the old school looks, and the upgraded backend. Now that Makeveral is moving to the Leo, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.
Edit: Consider adding the manila 1.x Call History tab. It's a nice feature that I haven't seen for 2.1 or 2.5 yet.

It's always interesting how differently people use the same devices. On any new ROM, the first things I always disable are the calendar, stock, music, and internet tabs. They just eat RAM, and I find I seldom look at them. When I need those functions, I just launch apps from the programs tab as needed.

Firstly I wanted to make ROM on 218xx build. But basically I don't know how to reset position of TF.It always situated upper than bottom tab. If someone know how to fix this problem, the build will be here too.

Right. Although both versions are consuming almost equal RAM value, I noticed that 218xx works much faster, without dependence on if pagepool is 8MB or 10MB. But what I like in 23081 for ex., is that this build is practically similar to 23089/23509/28008. So that's why I used this. For typical diamond user the only difference between these builds only in numbers.

Sounds like your kitchen has amarullz "e-Natives Position Fix" or "Manilapositionfix" for 6.5.1 built into it. It will shift things like Manila up a few pixels to account for the larger start bar on 6.5.1. If you can find and disable that package in the kitchen, you should be set.
