Since the diamond was released in DK last week, it would be great if anyone could dump the rom as I know we are a few who are waiting for it.

Thanks. But I actually I knew about that threads existence and I did search before creating this thread. The reason why I chose to create this is first and foremost because the other one seemed to be dead and second because it was placed in the wrong subforum (As it is a ROM request it should be placed in the Diamond ROM development IMO).
I will get my 3 DK Diamond tomorrow. Let me know how I can extract the ROM and I will give it a shot for you.

Hey guys, I ran into this file at one of the sites I frequent. I was told it was the official WM6 ROM. He never specified for what device though. Now I'm pretty new at this so I have no idea how to tell if it is or not, but here's the link:

oh where's the fun in that? we need another "OMG I DOWNLOADED SOME RANDOM ROM FROM SOMEONE I DON'T KNOW AND MY PHONE EXPLODED!" thread. ;-)
Looks like a HTC Universal rom to me. It also contains the Country_ID_Error folder and the Empty_Extended_Rom folder so it already passed through here at some point ...

I've red a lot in this forum, got lots of info on how to fix things (i really have!), but despite all the usefull info I got confused...so here's the thing:
I have a HTC Touch Dual (Dutch + Vodafone) where the language is ofcourse Dutch. To cut the long story short...I really like to have an English version of my WM 6.0. I know this can be fixed by upgrading yer ROM, but it's always recommended by ppl in this forum to backup yer ROM first before you replace yer ROM. The question is: How (with what tool) can I make a backup of my current ROM?
Somebody please help me out, I can't find any instruction in this forum how to do that, or at least paste a link where it's explained?

I am sorry because this topic might seem repetitive.
I have been researching but I was not able to find the Rogers Rom for HTC Diamond.
I have been playing around with many different roms but I have to send my device back for the repair.
Could someone please give me the download link??
I'd prefer a cab since I do not know how to install the other type of files, such as NBH and etc.
If it happens to be the NBH file, I would appreciate someone providing me the instructions on how to install NBH Rom on my device. (I'm a noob btw )

there is no way for the rom to present in CAB format. please check sticky post for how to install rom

What is Sticky post? and where can I find it? and even if I found out on how to install it, I would need to find the rom. Would you know where to find those??
