I know this question is asked before but I didn't get any answer by searching.
Is there any procedure to use Internet Sharing?
I have connected mobile with PC. Activated Internet Sharing. It shows I am connected to a network. I have checked drivers are installed. But I am not able to use Internet on PC.
I am connected to LAN with my PC. Is it creating problem?
By the way I can use internet by Wireless Modem.
Please help.

Does anyone know how to use the Artemis via BT as an modem for a Laptop ??
I did try it on my MDA C3 and Win XP SP2 + Widcomm stack.
1. Pair the devices
2. Run Internet Sharing on the PDA
3. On the PC use PAN service to connect
4. You're connected
Works without any problems.

Can you this via the USB cable? but the PC connects via the GPRS connection on the Orbit....?
Jez
Yes you can. Set the Internet Sharing app to USB and connect it to PC. The PC will recognize it as a LAN connection - Windows Mobile-based Internet Sharing Device. It is already configured and ready to use.
I'm using this method as I type.
I don't know if you can use Wi-Fi with Int-Sharing app as I own MDA C3 that has it disabled.

Is it possible to create WIFI hotspot while I am connected to WIFI on my g3 ?
I am rooted on kitkat stock rom.
Yet to flash TWRP on my D855 G3 !
Here's the homemade solution I used to get these results. You will need PDAnet for PC and on your phone. You will connect your phone to the WiFi, turn on thr PDAnet app and then connect it to your computer via USB. On the desktop app now, connect to your phone via USB, and when everything is set up, right click the PDAnet icon on your taskbar and you'll see something that says hotspot. I don't quite remember but you can use that to make a hotspot off the WiFi connection on your phone. This is just a basic run through on how I make this work and I can be more into depth if you need me. Good luck.
