Asus P525 Wifi Patch

Could you please kindly share it with the bodies, if you have one?
I do think there are a lot of peers who use Simplified Chinese Version could not use Wifi function.

Nope, but I don't think the rom from HK and Taiwan can work as the simplified Chinese...

But at least make sure wifi is not disable in hardware first before spending time to patch it.

Yes, you are right. The HK and TW version will have wifi function but with the simplified chinese rom the wifi will be lost. So the wifi patch is strongly needed...
BTW: Did you know some Chinese rom for the Dopod P100? One of my friends have been searching for the Simplified Chinese Version rom for a whole month....

i780 E1 ROM

Hi, does anyone has the E1 ROM?
I can comfirm that it is officially released, at least in Singapore. But the upgrade can only be performed at Samsung Service Center.
I was hoping someone has dumped the ROM and I can use mirage to update at the comfort of my home.
The main thing that was updated is the messenger wifi connection issue.

i want to ask about flash ROM for i780.i plan to buy it in China.as i know Windows OS in China has its language on i780 itself,means that i780 in China using Chinese Windows Mobile.now my question is I am in Indonesia and impossible i can operate it in Chinese Windows Mobile.so maybe you know how can make it in English?Flash its ROM or maybe have another way?

dude read the forums... no need to use even search just read the first page and u will see atleast 2 posts with samsung roms..in a word the answer is NO

Erm, why can't you just flash it in the C4 or D1 English ROMs and make it work?

Its russian so keep away if you can´t understand that

wel.. downloaded the file; only installed the supposedly HE1 phone part..version info shows :i780PUHE1 version.. (got a i780XKHA3 PDA version in Dutch)
so.. well, dont really know if its hard the change the showd version part..suggestions for me to test/checkout ?

is this possible flash pda and phone in different version? Stable? I am using DXHC4.

I flashed my i780 with a different pda version the phone version. This is no problem..
HE1 works stable, havent got a lot of time to test it... but I can always flash back.

Read the Kaiser Wiki or the dutch ROM dump thread here in diamond forum for dumping instructions.

I could also extract my original (german) htc rom - but i do not know how. if someone can put me in the right direction, i will do this.

So it seems that YOU have to dump your rom However I did read that a higher number (1.37.407.2 > 1.37.00.00) does not inevitable imply a newer rom. Does someone know something about that?
Anyway I ask myself how it could be that the phone is out just a few days in germany and there are almost so much different rom versions?
Btw: Do you have an original HTC device or a branded one?

Original, up-to-date Diamond Rom

Heey people,
could someone please tell me where to get the latest official rom from HTC?
Cus i have a branded version of the Diamond, so i cant download it from their site.
I hope one of you knows where to get that latest version without having to use the serialnumber of my phone, because that serial number doesn't work.

Okay, I need to apologize because I didn't see this post was on the forums: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=413910.
But 1,93 isn't really that up to date, is this the only post containing original roms that you guys know off, because i've used the search function a billion times by now, with a dictionary full of keywords, but i haven't found anything higher than 1,93.

my orange branded phone doesn't let you download the update either
although in all honesty apart from that one thread i haven't searched for the offical rom yet, just starting to get fed up of the little things that don't work that you rarely use in custom roms

That's why i started this thread really, I just want the official rom on it again, so i can enjoy the 'functionallity' that it should have.
I'm not saying that those custom roms suck or something, i LOVED using them, really! But im thinking of selling my phone, and i don't want to sell it disfunctioning.
So, please help me out haaha

These are obviously newer than the ones found in the link i posted earlier. I found a 2.03 version in that post which is Dutch, so if this is the latest we can get in Holland, i'll be definatly downloading that version.

HTC Desire HD Traditional Chinese Rom

Hey All
I am asking on behalf on my friend, My friend brought a HTC Desire HD while he was in the Australia , He thought that he can change the language to to Traditional Chinese ( Taiwan ) via phone option but later found out there was only 2 option to choose
1. English (Australia)
2. English (New Zealand)
Anyone in Taiwan who decided they wanted to root their phone and install a custom rom and has backup their HTC Desire HD Traditional Chinese ( Taiwan ) rom ?
Would be really helpful if anyone can help , If you do have it would be great if the phone company is Chunghwa Telecom
Is there any different in the rom between phone company ? , Do phone company custom their own rom ?
If there is no different then a HTC Desire HD Traditional Chinese ( Taiwan ) rom would be really great

Try searching for your answer and you WILL find it (I know because I did a quick search and found many threads).

You can toggle between Traditional and Simple Chinese so HK will do fine also. From my knowledge, as long as the ROM is HTC Asia, it supports all forms of Chinese be it Simple or Traditional and that includes the various forms of inputs as well.

there has no HTC base version in hk
all asia version already include Traditional and Simple Chinese
therefore i dont see any different between tw version and hk version
if u thinking transform the Australia version to tw version for warrenty in tw, thats not work cause the S/N still australia

This ruu rom doesn't contain Chinese(Taiwan), the traditional Chinese included in this ruu is HK Chinese. hTC does not release any Taiwanese ruu version, you should find a CHT or TaiwanMobile backup rom (it's very easy to google one, sorry I'm too rookie to post a link in my post now) and recovery it back to your phone.

gfans.bryan.tw
and you can search and find more Taiwan people release rom by google Taiwan
or search "mobile01" string in Taiwan google
then do search DHD rom in mobile01 website, you'll find few roms release from Taiwan people
