How to extract .cab from a ROM?

Hello
Can anybody tell me how to extract a .cab from a ROM. If I like some application in a ROM and I wan to use it in other. How to extraxt?

Somebody knows how to extract files from a *.sbf file (motorola rom) ?

Medion MD96700 (PNA1500)(=Mio a201) rom

i want to cook a rom myself but to do that you need the original OEM stuff (drivers,...) but how do i get them?
i do have a english mio a201 rom (*.bin format), can i extract the files from that rom, if so, how??

there is a HTC 8s rom (ruu) available
inside there is a NBH file
can some one please tell me HOW to extract (or dump) this NBH file ???
i tried HTCrie but that did NOT work

You can extract it with WINRAR or another arhive programm.
Another question is how to rename this 2 files (RUU_signed.nbh & UEFI_signed.nbh) what they can be flashed via Y-cable?

!!! NO you can not Extract the NBH files with WINRAR
