Use Magiccall and place a rule to not allow the outgoing calls, while rule is active.

Speakerphone to default to "on"

Anyone know of a registry tweak to have the speakerphone set to a default on position? It is a PITA to always have to press that button and when retrieving voicemail you first have to hide the keypad and then turn it on. I know it's petty...but it should be added to one of the tweak programs as an option under the phone tab...and I've searched this many times but came up with nada.
Vito Audio Notes has a feature that you can set to have Speaker Phone Initiate on every call, both incoming & outgoing.
I'm thinking of buying it for the recording feature.

Thanks, I'll look into it. I hope it's free.

haha, wow...
Have you tried this?:
"answer with speakerphone by holding down the send button (button with the green phone icon on it) for a couple of seconds when answering the call. Likewise to toggle speakerphone on and off, simply hold down the send button for 2-3 seconds while in a call."

Yes, I do answer the phone that way some of the time. I don't always remember that shortcut but that's my fault. I still would like to just be able to default to speakerphone on and toggle it off when I need privacy.
This is how I found the above, I typed 'answer speaker phone'.

btw, Vito isn't free.
However, it has to be making some kinda behind the scenes change, for it to have all calls be answered by speaker phone.
Maybe it's just making a simple reg edit.
I guess another option is to figure out what that change is.
You could ask Vito, maybe he would tell you.

Hearing sound on Bluetooth headset when answering on device?

On my TP2, if a call is coming in and I have the bluetooth headset turned on, the headset will pick up the call only if I answer by pressing the headset answer button. If I answer by sliding the on-screen bar over the green "answer" button, the speaker in the phone itself comes on instead.
Is there a way to change this behavior such that the sound always comes through the headset if it is connected to the device, even if I answer on the phone itself?
I would be interested in this too, as I have a bluetooth car kit, if I accept the call from the car screen it is ok, if I accept it on the phone it routes through the phone.
I'm having a similar issue, but a little more complex it sounds like... When the phone rings and using my bluetooth headset (Jawbone2), I have to:
Press the answer button on the Jawbone2
Ringtone sound now comes through the headset
Remove phone from pocket and Slide2Answer with S2U2
Call is now connected through bluetooth
With my Kaiser, all I had to do was press the bluetooth answer button and the call would automatically pick up. No removing the phone, no pressing buttons or sliding to answer!
If I Slide2Answer on the phone when ringing without "transferring the call to bluetooth" first, the handset picks up the call. Useful in many cases, especially if I can't find the bluetooth after putting it down or in my jacket pocket for the time being. If I use the phone to make a call from the handset with bluetooth connected, it always transfers the sound directly to bluetooth. The problem lies with answering the phone with a bluetooth headset - the 4 steps above need to be completed instead of just #1 like it should be!
if you don't want it to go to the phone you need to answer with the device you want to talk with. thats how bluetooth on phones work, tp and tp2

I get that, If I try to answer the phone on the headset though, just the sound of the ringtone comes through the headset - the phone is still not answered, and is still ringing, just now in my ear! I STILL have to actually answer it via the phone's controls, which is pretty hard to do if you have your hands full........
For the OP Boo boo is correct. Answer the call on the device you want to use.
For Garcia25 the problem is S2U2. I ended up removing it and going back to the built in lock + LockDevice + built-in slide-to-answer.

Speaker while ringing/connecting?

Hi,
Is there any way to make the speakerphone work while connecting? Once the call connects it works great, but for example if I'm driving, I want to press call, hit speaker and go and know it's ringing, instead of waiting for it to connect before the speaker initiates.

Bluetooth Handsfree

Hi I use a Jabra SP5050 hands free with my TP2
Recently whenever I answer a call thru the Jabra, instead of answering the call, the Jabra starts playing the phones ringtone instead. To now answer the call, I have to answer it via the phone and then speak via the Jabra.
Tried re setting, pairing contacting Jabra but to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I have same problem with Nokia BH-602 or another PNX-BTH-630I.
Outgoing calls are ok - I press button at phone and I call through HF.
Call same number again is ok - I press two times button on HF and TP2 dial last dialed number and I call through HF.
Incomming calls are not ok - Phone is ringing, I have to press button on HF, now TP2 transfers ring melody to HF and then I need to press a button on phone to reciveve call.
I trided pairing HF again, disable to play audio on HF, reset HF...
Its something at phone....anybody have solution?
Thanks.
