Hi all,
i don't know if you found a solution yet, i found another streaming media cab that installs an older (blue) version of the Streaming media application.
With this one streaming works fine for me in Vodafone Live! on the Vodafone.de Network.
i attached the cab to this post.

Just a quick comment on various WM6 ROMS. I had an Original Imate JasJam (HTC) with the original Telstra OS (WM5) loaded and was told when I got the device I wouldnt be able to watch the Foxtel service on it as it was pending a software update. Anyway a quick google search got me the Philips player which solved my problem within a day of owning the device.
Since then, I have experimented with various WM6 ROM's in Conjuction with CWW AUS Operators CAB have found that;
LVSW 8/4 - Foxtel Works Fine
Black 2.0 - No Foxtel
Dutty WM6 Premium - No Foxtel
Custel 1.1 - No Foxtel
I also tried last weeks Telstra native release and yes it worked fine, but again was WM5.
In all cases, I tried using the Telstra proxy (which is essential as that's how they identify you as a Telstra customer).
Keen to here from any other Telstra customers using Foxtel on WM6.

No Problems on Black 2.0.
Just need to go Streaming Media options and set the Connect via to Telstra.Internet instead of Internet.
Then you can use it as the video player.
Update - Foxtel Mobile (Telstra Australia)
Tried Black 2.5 and changed from telstra.wap to telstra.internet with and without proxy - no success ...
Trying LVSW 22/4 and Dutty 22/4 next ...

Beta, huh? I just upgraded from the wizard to hermes and was running slingbox fine on wm6.
I havent upgraded the hermes yet, still reading about roms...
isnt the slingbox awesome!

Yes - most cooked ROMs here include the missing files that prevent Slingplayer from working with WM6. Prior to that discovery, Slingplayer did not work with WM6. A cab file has been available here for a while to address this but Sling Media is just now getting around to putting out a newer version.

I'm currently using Schap's 3.30b ROM and I encounter a little problem with Windows Live Messenger. There's no way to apply my avatar picture on my Hermes and when I try to synchronize, there's an error when applying Personal parameters. I also use HTC Vox and Universal and everything works fine on both.
Anybody has an idea??

Just upgraded from the Blue Angel to The Artemis so im new to this part of the forum but not to the site. So What do i need on my Artemis to make it UUBBER funky and Whats the Latest (BEST) Rom & Radio updates about at the moment Thanks in advance anything else i need to know would be great....
meschle's ROMs are fast and reliable... I have been using Artemis Touch 3.01 with no problems at all for the past couple of months which had the update to 3.07.90 GSM Radio and SDHC support included. I think he is working on version 4 now, so you might want to wait a bit.
As for software; who knows? Quickmenu, opera mini, s2u2, VJtodaytoggle, google maps, tomtom are some examples of what I have on mine.

I am pleased to report that the WM6.1 update now enables me to use a bluetooth headset to make SIP calls on the AGEPhone (in conjunction with BTAudioToggle.exe).
I am yet to try SJPhone or Fring with WM6.1.

I've upgraded to WM6.1 from the iMate site, and have lost the Telstra MyPlace options and continually get browser crashes both in IE & Minimo. Is it just me or a buggy ROM? WWE.01.77 & WWE.06.06, official ROM from iMate. Appreciate any feedback!

Persistance pays off...
Just thought I'd update the post - fixed the problems with MyPlace/Telstra Business & Foxtel by installing the Telstra V5.5 .cab, and voila! Proxy Manager is also back despite iMate support saying 6.1 doesn't support it... Hope this helps someone else.
Image Go = Bad Idea not so well design, since the icon seems to be up size from qvga icon size not smooth.
