Hi all,
I have been searching through the threads, and I found several threads about customizing the sounds when you slide out your keyboard. However, it looks like most of these are for other services if I'm reading them right. Does anyone know if these will work on Verizon, or is there a different method that I need to use? I've been searching all over the net, and haven't been able to find anything that will work. If anyone can help me out here, I would be incredibly greatful.

Sorry if this is the wrong board, but I think my problem can be considered the closest to this one. Anyways, I picked up the tilt yesterday, and I have been trying to research on how to put addons onto it.
I have searched some tutorials, and browsed through quite a few boards. I apologize if I seemed to have missed it.
Can anyone tell me the easiest way to modify my Tilt with these addons:
All I want would be Touchflo, HTC Cube, HTC today screens (plug in), and slide2unlock. I wouldn't mind toying around with some too, but those would be the main ones I am looking to add. Can someone help me out, I've been holding out on posting a thread to make sure I tried everything I could all that's left is simply asking for help.
Thanks in advance

Hello all,
just wondering what the tangible advantages to rooting the Hero are...
Although theres much talk and joy regarding it, not much concrete information on what it actually allows you to do!
Cheers.
I, for example, needed root for installing HTC_CIME so I can use kanji recognition.
Maybe this thread is what you are looking for - lots of Info

Hi. I've just purchased my first Touch Pro phone, and i'm not liking the Vodafone GUI that comes with it and a friend that uses the Touch Pro 1 says I can get rid of the Vodafone interface for the standard TF3D interface using a program avilable on this site, which I'm not able to find. But it's something to do with putting the original HTC interface over it.
I'd appreciate it if anyone could link me a beginners guide to do this or even post one up themselves. Thanks.
Try using search. I know everyone says it, but there is actually an entire thread called "Vodafone UK users only" which if you just bothered to read the forum you would have found, like I did!
There are two suggested ways to overcome the Vodafone-ification of the otherwise lovely TP2, and comments from users about them

Well I tried searching, but since what I'm not really sure what im searching for I didn't get very far, I was using terms orientated around TF3D keywords. I've found the thread you've mentioned, but that's not exactly a beginners explination.
hey all, ive searched the forums to see if anyone has done anything physically to their DHD like the following
i thought it would be cool if someone had , although that is for the G2, i just wondered if anyone had found a way to do some deeper customisation
I suspect you'd have more luck in the iphone forum
Hey, everyone. I recently obtained a Palm 3245WW bluetooth keyboard. The device works great, pairing is really easy and once connected it works fine without any glitches. The keyboard is really easy to use, and hiding the on-screen keyboard is easy in order to have more workspace. After a couple of day's use, I am satisfied with the build quality, it really feels like a real keyboard and it is quite responsive. Even some (not all) of the keyboard shortcuts work!
My question is if anyone who has used the keyboards knows how of a key combination to enter the alternative inputs (such as accents, etc). I could use them when writing Greek, where the vowels can be accented. Otherwise, is there some way to alter the key mapping in order to define how the system reads certain key combinations? I have tried several combinations, such as alt+key or control+key or Fn+key, but to no avail.
Any directions would be appreciated!
Thanks!
Sav
P.S. Apologies if this the wrong place to post this!
Why did U open a new thread. There is already an existing thread. Now this is when I don't read and jump on to post your cap.
However, I don't have any experience with this keyboard so I cannot help on this.

I searched around and did not find any threads on this particular keyboard on SGS2. I found a few threads regarding other phones (mostly unsuccessful attempts with this particular keyboard), so I thought I'd ask if anyone has used it with this particular phone.
Again, sorry if this is the wrong place to post, I am new here.
Thats ok matey, just do a comprehensive search next time.
