This rom is based on the official rom release by o2 or MWg (Zinc WM6 ROM Upgrade (ENG) WWE_RM3070712). I have ported WM6.1 to it from HERMES DEV 2.1 Build_19199 ... which is based on WM6.1 CEOS 5.2.1437(b19199.1.0.0). Yes only managed to get WM6.1 CEOS 5.2.1437.

HOW TO FLASH
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Copy MarsII_G4.ABI file to ur MiniSD card (card must be less than 4G)
2. Plug usb wall charger to your Zinc
3. Push/Hold ur Right arrow Dpad button & do Soft Reset
4. Zinc will reboot & will be in 3 color boot screen
5. See progress of updating
6. Zinc will reboot after finished updating

Be Patient Everyone .... I am testing the stability of this rom before releasing it here .... After 2 days seems ok but I am not that heavy user.
Ill be releasing the Untouched Rom first then Ill be releasing the Light Version.
Maybe after that Ill be releasing the CHS ver but no promise on this ....

I've lost my ZINC for 2 months b4 I have time to make ZINC's WM6.1 , and now i'm using HTC P4550.
I can give you the CHS(0804) SYS folder from my P4550 ROM Kitchen, the Language-Indepency pack is 19199 (from P4550 WWE_VOD_UK) , and CHS Resources is 19174 (from Dopod 838).

sorry cant post the screenshot of step5 i dont hv any ext phone to do video ... do u hv the MarsII_G4.ABI in ur MiniSD? ... it is better to plug ur wall adapter to ur dev then do:
Hold right DPad & softreset
ur dev will boot to the 3 color screen & begin the update ... wait until it finishes & again the dev will reboot to the 1st splash screen

Upgrade ROM by MiniSD Card Method

2. Copy file ASUS.UnlockLangID.exe into miniSD Card then run this file one time (Cross language platform for ROM Upgrade)
3. Extract from 1. You have got GalaxyII.nb0 and copy to miniSD Card.
4. Put usb for change battery. Press button Rec + Camera + Power and Reset (Must be reset to BootLoader white screen)
5. Please wait util red message display on P535 screen then Soft Reset one time.
6. After finish Upgrade ROM process please Hard Reset again (Press Navigate button + Reset) for make sure all process was completed.
Upgrade ROM by USBLoader Method
1. Make sure that your PC have install Microsoft Active Sync already.
2. Download ROM file (PDAMobiz_WM6.1_P535_Build19716.rar)
3. Extract from 1. You have got GalaxyII.NB0, AsusUpdateROM.cmd and USBLoader
4. Copy file ASUS.UnlockLangID.exe into miniSD Card then run this file one time (Cross language platform for ROM Upgrade)
5. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del (On PC) to start Task Manager, Then delete MS Sync Process (Wcescomm.exe) or double click on file Kill Active Sync.cmd to kill MS Sync Process.
6. Connect your P535 to PC via USB port. Press Rec+Power button (at the same time) and then Soft Reset (Press Rec+Power button util Boot Loader program startup you will see message Waiting).
7. Double Click on file AsusUpdateROM.cmd to start Upgrade ROM. Then follow up step in DOS Command Windows (press Enter 3-4 times).
8. Please wait util red message display on P535 screen then Soft Reset one time.
9. After finish Upgrade ROM process please Hard Reset again (Press Navigate button + Reset) for make sure all process was completed.

You can add your network by install Radio Firmware for your country

There is am major problem with this rom
After soft reset, it is impossible to use Wifi again.
"Turn on" will be grayed out.
Unfortunately I had to downgrade to Wm6.
And what a difference... This 6.1 Rom feels like it's two times faster than stock WM6.
Let's hope this can be fixed. I guess Vivi already fixed this for P525 so it should be easy to fix on P535 as well.

the pocket plus would help to delay loading process. so the wi-fi driver should be ok

19400 Also new... but no idea what exactly that is... it is somehow different from the other build
19199 Is the new build ported from a leaked HTC Kaiser rom, it seams to be something like final AKU 1; Try it, it's very fast
I have no idea were all this builds higher than 19199 come from, but all of them are real and not fake numbers. So I'm thinking MS is working with different teams on this builds. Build 195xx 197xx seam to have a newer kernel, 191xx have newer SYS stuff, 19199 is the perfect one with new kernel and SYS
With the help of cashmore, I have ported the CE5.2.19202 to my Zinc (Thx Mate)

This was the fastest way to do it & coz of no time to cook a new one .
After flashing, the auto config will show blank for operator, Tab on cancel.

well frankly speaking, my friend mr.cashmore is doing all the xip porting (thx a lot man) .. i am the process of learning the art of xip porting (waiting a tutorial frm him soon)
will gladly share wz u after i get the tutorial, i think he will give me the stuff after he finishes his project of porting both ceos5.2.19199 & 19202
The base is my old Lite rom that i whipped a month back, i have tried it with kaiser rom but always stuck after boot screen with poutlook error ??? i dont think that the sys files have changed that much on all the build
I will try again soon on the kaiser or hermes build soon

the build only ... but i can see that the speed is much more faster than the last build without tweaking or installing netcf 3.5 ... other than that not much of changes ....

hey cruzz.. i have trinity 19209 build xip folder.. can i replace my elfin xip folder with that and cook for elfin? or do i only pick up the coredll.dll folder and replace it? will be running g'reloc on it anyways.. will the build really change or will it only show me a updated number?
rest all .payload and the rgus will be from my xip.. will it work brother?

ehmmm hard to say ... dunno if using only the core.dll can work ... but u can always try ... just standby the old rom (just in case)

Well as I have promised, a new build for our beloved Zinc, not much of changes i think almost the same as 19209 as in the responsive time ...

HOW TO FLASH UR ZINC ROM

1. Copy MarsII_G4.ABI file to ur MiniSD card (card must be less than 4G)
2. Plug usb wall charger to your Zinc
3. Push/Hold ur Right arrow Dpad button & do Soft Reset
4. Zinc will reboot & will be in 3 color boot screen
5. See progress of updating
6. Zinc will reboot after finished updating

i dont think so ... my friend seems like there is no perfect driver for zinc for sdhc

r u using the big storage or the Lite version? ... this new rom is using the Lite version ...
if i hex it to big storage, u cant cook it with the kitchen ... some of us do like to add some more spice to the cooked rom

XLt & Lite is difference ... there were no office in XLt i think (forgot already ) so u hv a lill bigger storage
i can only say it is more faster than the old one ... u can try for ur self but do keep the old rom in hand if u dont like tis new one u can always switch back to the old one
O i c. Personaly i think XLT is better. Since we can install office to storage card later (This save up lot rom space). Zinc don't have much ROM space.. so ROM space is very X 99 importand . Anyway Thanks lot. Just Finish download my my ROM will do a full charge to my Zinc and try the new rom.

how to fix "MessagePlus cannot be opened" issue? I can assign the button to "messaging" but I wonder how to assign to "text message"?

i think you can get it at the titanium hex thread which have those hexed inside already
as for the batt level i think have to look into it soon (For this time i have put the link in Other Links at 1st page)
about htc task manager-i saw it when tried chineese rom 21725 and there was that task manager)
about Rom-dissapointing that wm6.5 eats more from my device-only 25mb free(if i close titanium),but its not your false)
Rom is great,also phone skin is still like wm5) would be great to see new style(something black)
I cant change default keyboard.

on your 19900 i had 28mb free,on wm 6.5 only 24 without titanium

Beam transfers not working...

battery details not popping have to go to setting to check battery percentage....
problems in sliding call accept/reject interface...its kinda stiff....have to necessarily use the stylus....
downgraded my device back to official 4.15 WWE ROM version...

I flashed my P320 with the ROM provided by navx2vad, working excellent on my device, speed has increased, all functions are working fine.
Here is what i did
1. flashed with official asus 4.15 ROM
2. again flashed with cusom ROM posted by hdubli
3. finally flashed with navx2vad's ROM

hi guys.. nt yet tried dis version... had upgraded to 21.4.09 OS.. i m facing pblms of beaming the files, the phone does not work, so at times we need restart.. receiving the call, slide problem.. and 1more thing, when we change the theme to default asus thehme(not the windows default), in d desktop on
the bottom, both displays are as contacts... and we cannot change it alos.. wil try this version..

hi guys... i upgraded to the latest wm 6.5 shown here... yea there are bugs as mentioned above, plz fix them... and also the htc phonepad vch is pre installed does not work properly.. the t9 keypad just gives numbers wen typing.. alphabets cannot be written.. and there is no english language.. only german and italian... beam tranfer is one way... can send but cannot receive.. do updates asap...

Firstly thanks for a good job, this ROM is almost perfect.
The only errors that I noticed:
1. Problem with SMS and ring the bell phone in MP3.
2. The P320 thought long before ring call.
3. So manny input's is unnecessary.
4. Unnecessary panel on the phone:

There are a bunch of us unsuccessfully trying to Cook a ROM for this device. I have also tried, unable to figure out the XIP SYS files that need to go into this device. Hdubli has released a kitchen but still have not been able to put together a build.
