where is the mms folder for mms on wm6.I can't find it!!!
It isn't enabled by default, but the installation file is in the Windows folder.
Open Windows and look for HTC_set.cab , tapping which installs the MMS folders in Messaging.
There is also an HTC_List.cab file, which adds a list of operator settings to the MMS Server settings, but I found the Orange ones didn't work, though using the Settings file via the HTC Website's WM5 ROM update page worked OK.
thakns a lot
i will try
Don't have it in Windows
Can somebody post the cab file please?
MMS ON wm6
I dont find it!
Some of the later WM6 ROM's have MMS integrated into the SMS folder
- have you looked there?
Just go to a picture and select send as...mms will show up and it will send. Do not know why they include sms and mms together. But as long as you downloaded the correct settings for your network, mms will work.

"yes. it's now hidden. just start to create a new mms message, and you have the option to configure the mss setting under 'menu', 'option', 'message option'."
Hello,
please, can someone upload the HTC_set.cab-file or provide information how I can enable mms support manually?
thank you,
dartrax
Hi there, may i know where can i get a mms cab?..
TQ..
I was trying to find cab file from ARC Soft - their composer is included into soft but found nothing... I'm trying to find alternative MMS program since MMS Composer ver. 3.5.1.5 from ARC Soft decreasing size of pictures I send/receive....
Does anyone know where I can download the ArcSoft MMS 4.0 cab file?
Thanks
Arcsoft MMS 4.2.8.1 installed on PDA Corner v10 wont find addresses from my contact list like text message does. Just gives me a list of spellings but no contacts ?? anyone else having this problem.
Arcsoft MMS 4.2.8.1 was installed after the ROM but before any settings files.
Try running network config after installing Arcsoft MMS 4.2.8.1 as it wont be setup properly otherwise. Hope this helps...

please updated your rom with v11+
and try mms on your new rom
Do you have all contacts saved to your phone or are they being pulled from the sim card. I've noticed sometimes after a flash that they wont come up in either my text message or mms.

It probably does not have a working MMS package. Look for a different ROm or search for Arcsoft MMS cabs and install to see if it helps. Use search per the link below in my signature!

is ur mms already cooked in the rom
r you installed it from a cab file
if u anstalled it from a cab file
then run your connection setup again
after installing the MMS cab file.
cheers
Not sure if this is relevent, but you might also need the MMS settings for your provider.
No ROM which I have installed so far has automatically found the MMS settings. I've had to search, download and install a .cab file which is specific to my network.
If the rom you have has the settings wizard cooked in (generally in connections settings) then run that AFTER the Arcsoft cab has been installed... That should fix your problem...
Cheers..
