Here is a ROM that I use on my Cingular 8525.
YAR 3.60.2 (Yet Another Rom) - UPDATED
Base ROM is from vp3G's 3.60.2 found here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=324451
It was cooked with mattk_r's Pandora Kitchen 5.5 found here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=316881
NOTE: ALL CREDIT goes to them. All I did was mess with the two to create a custom ROM for my own needs. I am not a cook! I just know enough to get myself in trouble.

Well if you based it off his previous version, than you have the java bug where allowing apps to access an internet connection constantly nags you and does not save. Just a word of warning to all the midlet users out there..
Can you tell me where to get that today plugin in the screenshot that says "No unread text messages".. ?

I will update this ROM so the MIDlet problem will be fixed.

It depends on the skin you use. If you look at the pic above with PhoneAlarm you can see the Bluethooth Button on the left and the lightening bolt button (to the right) is to turn on/off Wifi. If you don't with the 8 Button Comm Manager the Wifi button doesn't work. ( I guess the comm manager button location can be changed with Schaps Adv. Congif program. But, I never tried it.)

Because PHM RegEdit is useful and you can add Taskmanager yourself?

regarding Taskmanager Vdias is just saying that he don't need PHM RegEdit because already have some registry tool inside Taskmanager.
But...where in the Taskmanager can we see the registry tool ???

weather not working
Hello, I am in SLC, UTAH, USA and the weather does not get updated, I notice this with most of the roms but it does work with Bepe's rom very well. Could you check and see what can I do to get this going?

Thanks that's not the problem since the city is in the list. It does not pull down the info. In order to get it updated I need to connect to the active sync which is not the best case all the time.

Hi loving your ROM very sexy and quick, just got my fix of upgrading to 1.2 Looks sweet, but I really miss Voice command as I beleive the version your using instead doesnt read your SMS or calender appointments aloud to you & too be honest I loved showing off that feature!
Any chance you can put both in next release??

You can add the Voice Command, poblem with voice command there are several versions depending upon the region of the world you are in...
and the Us version is useless for us in the US as the voice dial does not work as we have deifferent telephone format etc...
You can add it very easily thou..
I was one off the ones whom asked it to be removed..
Plus the MS Voice Command is not freeware.. etc

Thank you for a great all-around Trinity rom. Everything just works including popular 3rd party tweaker add-ons.
Battery leak very normal with this edition. (75-77mA with 50% backlight, BT, G3, Phone on.)
Thanks for excellent work, definitely one of the better cooked roms!

I've tried so far many cooked and original ROMs, but never had that much free RAM after installing everything (even SPB applications). It always stays above 20 MB ?!?! I'm amazed.
The only thing I hate is boot-up screen (just awful)

First I'd like to say thanks for the great Rom.
I do however have a question about the HTC Home Plugin, when adding your favorite people, it doesn't seem to give me the ability to select which type of phone number, ie mobile, home, business, etc.
Is there an upgrade of the Home Plugin for this feature, or some place in the settings where I can select which phone number to use?
I've noticed on some Roms, I get that option to pick and choose which number, but on this specific Rom, I didn't get that as a selection.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of the best ROMs I have tried and I have tried almost all of them. The only thing that I like to see added is the "Big Storage".
I do not believe is used on this ROM.

well, guys before me said already what I wanted to say - fast and stable - no problems reported so far - big big congratulations '=)

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by how fast this rom is. Ive never seen my Jasjam run so quick. The downside however is that i cant find an office cab that works properly so i will take it off for now. I love the font and the new clock....Looks really smart.
Also if the battery icon at top of today screen linked to battery meter that would be great. Connection setup is another important item missing for me.

Also people does anyone have a touch style 3G dialer cab that actually works on Hermes? It would be handy to have as the dialer on this rom is a 2G one and i ocassionally make video calls.

What's so special about it compared to other cooked roms?

every cooked rom as the good to match your feeling, this one seems to be fast and fully working with all graphics implemented, PhamQuamg build very nice cooked roms as i saw on different devices give a try and leave your impressions about this rom ( this are my personal feelings with this rom bugless)

I tried this one for a few minutes. If the power consumption pattern holds true, you probably can't hold a charge for more than 2 or 3 hours.

the only bug i've found is the bluetooth and wifi properties are inversed
this is the only rom i've found that never needs soft resets and make this rom every day use capable, the only one wm6.5 tf3d2.1 working well (for me) i've founded 3 month ago and now there are not more on the net (for this i've decide to share it)!

where you find this rom_???

This is one of the fastest manila in a long time... a very responsive rom, too bad you have to pay for that, it eats you ram very fast, I get only 15-17Mb of free memory left after a bit, I guess it's due to big page pool and some cache allocation

Kinetic scrolling
Hi all I've flashed this rom to my phone and it works pretty smooth, I've got enough free ram to start opera! But the kinetic scrolling doesn't work for me, maybe I've deactivated(If its possible) or do I need a cab or smt like that to activated the kinetic scrolling for this rom???

no way man it isnt very good rom in fact is bad camera wont open because its to lot of memory and a lot of G-Sen games dont open soo i dont think this rom is good

After spending alot of time using different interfaces with my aging Hermes I have always enjoyed manilla the most. I present to you the latest Manilla2d. I'm using 21877 because it has the older 6.5ui which seems to use up less memory than the newer 23*** 6.5ui. It appears pretty stable too. I tried to do the best I could memory wise but its manilla.

Info about apps, ram, rom in Lite and Manilla, Please.

Very nice and clean. I installed Titanium version to my Dopod 838 pro and liked it so much. It's clean with enough room for improvisations and personalizations. Activelynk Connection is not buggy unlike my previous. I feel its faster than any of the roms i used here. Keyboard is great touch pro and very smooth key sounds.
I recommend this rom for those who would wanna make their own personalized phones from the "litest" roms. Thank you sir.

Sorry for the noob question, but why do you recommend installing a stripped ROM before installing this one? Doesn't the new ROM overwrite everything anyway?

You need to install the manilla config cab. I actually included this so just look under My Documents for the .cab.
Then launch it and you can enable any tabs I have disabled. Some of which don't work so keep that in mind also.

Check advanced config, its got an option to change the keyboard layout.

Thank you MrDSL for your continuous effort! I'm now using Titanium 3g, working great, but again the same problem found as in 230XX, that is, the calculator doesn't even launch. Any hint? Thanks.

Wow! This is easily the prettiest ROM I have seen. Unfortunately was getting memory errors left and right when using Skyfire or even IE. This IE version is amazing tho... Is there a way to get this IE by itself?
