I have a Swedish Samsung SGH-600i phone.
It has Windows Mobile 6.1 but the keyb and the OS is in Swedish.
Does anyone know how to change the OS lang to Eng and still make the swedish keyboard work.?

I got ann Ipaq HX2110 but in Korean language i tried upgrading it by using the English ROM update from HP site but it wont allow me because of language mismatched...

This tool has been used for flashing on older HP devices (NLC = No Language Check) to override language ID.
