Hello,
I made three themes for WM6 for personal use with some wallpapers i found around the net and in the forum. These are nothing special but as i like them so much i thought i'd share them with you, you might like them as well.
The "Tree" theme doesn't have a landscape wallpaper (it's black) because i couldn't find the corresponding wallpaper, nor the original where it was taken from. This is not a big deal for me as i never use landscape mode, but i thought i'd warn you.
Here they go, hope you like them:

These are named Tree, iPhone and Harp. Enjoy.
EDIT1: Fixed the colours on the blue themes. Some people seem to get black bars instead of blue.
EDIT2: Uploaded actual screenshots.
I loaded the Tree theme and the background matches but the buttons, clock etc are in "windows" style. Any idea why? Or what to change?
Thanks,
NK

The buttons are part of HTCHome not a theme.
clock
Is is possible so that touching the clock numbers that it doesn;t go to alarms, ie does nothing., I keep on touching them in error.
Nice theme BTW
Yeah, to change those you have to modify the icons separately. There's a tool called HHC (HTC Home Customizer) which will do that for you easily.
Try this:
http://www.pocketemu.com/hhc-info.html
OK ... I loaded HHC and the "HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fix.schen.cab" on to the WM6 Axim x50V. The program appears to work but I can't get the home screen to change?
Thoughts .... Help?
NK
you have to load HHC after loading HTC home than go to HHC customizer and change what you like from there, you can DL different Icons and stuff from there
I'm not having such good luck. I reloaded as you said. When I run HHC it seems to work fine. I click the "re-apply" button and when I close, no change.
I'm running MagLite's A02 WM6 rom. Did you need to install any other cabs? Any other thoughts?
Thanks for helping.
Nick
are you touching save at the bottom of the screen in the hhc?

I believe on the emunutz home site (creator of Home Customizer) he stated that Customizer wont work with the v 2.1.1005.722 Home, you will need the older version (attached) which to me looks the same as the new release.

Doesn't this version have a bug with going into vibrate mode? I recently reimaged my phone and I'm running this version and even when in Normal mode, if I have an appointment, my phone goes into vibrate mode occasionally.

Hi,
I remember to see a plugin for the today like the HTC Home, but only with the clock, the counters and some icons to launch programs (without tabs).
Does somebody has the cab?

I think you meant this. I found it somewhere time ago and adjusted the cab to make it working on my Trinity. Use it if the mentioned by zonz won't work.
I find rlToday to be awesome.
Especially since the skin is so customizable.
I now have it compressed to just the digital clock, date, and also a calendar object next to the clock.
Will upload a screenshot when I get home. (I'm loving my phone so much )

Ciao from Italy...
Sorry accidentally left my phone in the car last night so I didn't get a chance to upload the screenie.
But you can check this out:
http://rotlaus-software.de/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=3505
I basically used his skin, then went into the xml file to wipe off all the icons at the bottom (I use ZoomSMS and see no need for the missed calls/sms icon)
There we go:

It's a skin to rlToday, but yes, icons work.
rlToday uses XML to define skins. Tags supported have registry related tags, therefore, able to retrieve a lot of information (such as missed calls/messages etc)
if i have HTC home installed on my D810, should I unistall first, before I install rlToday?
if it didn't came with your ROM, yes uninstall it
don't have to though. (You can just turn it off)
If you want to make it act totally like HTC Home (always at the top of your today's screen, unaffected by scroll bar), you need to change a registry in HKLM\software\microsoft\today\ find rlToday and change Type to 5 from 4

The theme comes with all 15 tabs. and a choice of 3 clock styles.
Install Salvador Theme.cab and download the wallpaper for the home tab to have the big clock in the middle of the screen.
Install Salvador Flip Clock.cab and use the default wall paper for the twin soft clocks.
Or just install the Salvador Theme for the numbers with no clock background.
Enjoy.
Credits of course go to 6Fg8 for her background for all tabs manila files and NisseDILLIGAF's NoCurtains.
Oh yeah... the wallpaper...
very nice theme, thanks
Oh my god, what a freaky thing ... Great!
How long did you work on it?
Thanks.
Took me a little while to choose what images go with what tabs there are some funny ones in there if you look carefully!... so a couple of days thinking about it and then an evening making it.
thanks for the theme,
My pleasure, mate. Dali is a fantastic person to make a theme about.
BTW Attached is the .theme file for any tf3d config users...
pretty nice looking. Does this overwrite any TF3D manila files? Just want to make sure it can uninstall cleanly if needed. Thanks

Thank you for your wonderfull theme
Sorry for my english
I make some modifications to dialer and bars of tf3d.
Dialer is RED
Bars and icons are RED
I have integrated in this file red volume bitmap found in this forum.
Put these files in \Windows, don't forget to disable phone and TF3D before then soft reset.
Original bitmaps are on the first link.
Sorry but I don't know how to make cabs for windows CE.
Regard
Fbike

Hard reset is the only option dude...
After you guys hardreset, if you still want the Taskbar Icons changed... you can install the cab below.
Please make sure you intsall the sdkcerts.cab before you install the Taskbar cab.
This cab works on all ROMs except for the WM6.5 ROMs.
Following icons are really cool
Where to get the following icon's cab file ?
Thanks,

I have been hunting for these also, I upgraded my bosses HTC HD with Duttys latest rom...I thought it had these icons (somebody posted a pic in his thread)...but it was standard icons. If anybody could post a link or even better the cab(s)...it would be great! Cheers
I too was looking for these icons, and found them here. Tried them and indeed they are the real deal. Sweet
Edit : sdkcerts (included) have to be installed for these icons to work.

Thanx very much. Works fine for me. Looks real nice
Nice... but it seems to have stolen one of my volume bars! I used to have one for phone ringer and another for system volume, now I just have the system volume... no tab to switch to phone volume.
Anyone else experience this?
Which rom are you using? If its one with the newer Manila, go to settings - sound - and disable "single volume".
Dutty's HD 1.7
win 6.1
Old Manila
So, no, I don't have that option... hmmm?
It seems that the icons I have don't have the colors in them, 'xcept for the green one...

They'll change colors when you connect to the internet, when you're charging your device, when you're connected through USB to your PC, when you have a notification...try those out and see what happens.
Works a treat, spot on, thanks. Keeps the "Single" or "Double" option too.

Ok. It works allright. Nice. Seems to work better than Brian's Taskbar.
L.
This is how I've modified the clock.
I made gray numbers, rather than blacks standards, I removed the background to the numbers of the clock, I made more transparent backgrounds, and finally I removed the link to the calendar (but touching the screen where it was before, you will go to Calendar tab).

Your trick did not work at my phone. Instead of show the clock I had a white square area where it supposed to be the numbers. Fortunately I was able to uninstall and went back to my previous clock. Thank you anyway
nice!
is there anyway to have this clock transparent with weather for manila 2.1?
a cab or another solution?
greets

Version for Miri ROM.
For all the people who do not work correctly the cab of the first post, can try the version attached to this post.
Tested by my friend "Annino" (thanks) on MIRI 6.5 manila 2.5 rev. 7 (but I think work well also on Dutty ROM).
Please, report me if now the cab is OK.
Works with NRGZ28 ROM (OS 5.2.23016, manila 2.5.19182327.1)
Thanks for the great work. It looks great and it didn't remove the calendar.
Exactly the way I wanted it!
Now I can see the clouds behind...
Work fine. Thank you!

Hey I like your clock. However there is one issue. I cannot changed the wallpaper after I installed it. I am running Miri 7. I will keep trying but has anyone else had this issue or have an idea on how to fix? Thanks.

Certainly not for that.
If Manila don't start, just uninstall the cab and everything is back as before.
Works good on Duttys Topaz HG R15 5.2.23569
The best thing on windows mobile OS so far is home screen.
I'm making experiments with different styles but i'm unable to install htc home.
any idea.
Please, more background on the topic. I don't know what you are talking about with HTC Home...is that a panel plugin that can be installed? More information is both necessary and helpful.
Thank YOu.

Guys, HTC Home and HTC Sliding Panels is already preinstalled in my ROM. If you go to Start, Tools, Titanium Toggler, you can select Sliding Panels and walla! Reboot and you're back to a WM 6.1 look.
