HTC Love WM6 ROM

Guys,
Since this forum don't have the HTC Love (P3350) thread, I want to ask if Artemis ROM can be used in Love?

HTC Artemis and HTC Love is the same device, w/o GPS receiver, so YES you can use Artemis rom in Love, as I do

Can I say if I flash Love with Artemis ROM then I will have everything except the GPS software? Can I use the Artemis Official ROM instead? Thanks.

i think the htc Love has no fm radio...
so far ^^

Love doesn't have GPS receiver inside, so if you flash your Love with Artemis rom, GPS software stay, but without bluetooth GPS receiver it's useless.

One more time: HTC Love is the same device as Artemis(it have FM radio), doesn't have GPS receiver, and have extra 128MB Hard Drive. This is the main differences.

I'm also use HTC Love. Rom BB. v.3.7 from Tom. It's work very well for me.

For HTC Love, how do I flash the ROM? I extracted Artemis .exe package and now I have a lot of files, eg. .nbh, .pkg, etc. Is there a key combination to press in order to flash the ROM from SD?

If you want flash the ROM from SD card, it's the same as in Artemis: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Artemis_SD_Card_Flashing

My friend managed to upgrade his WM5 to WM6 by using installing USPL then use the RUU & ROM from Tom codon

Please have a look around here there are a lot of roms out here. every is good. You have to decide by yourself.

it is subjective, all the updates have their own pros and cons. read the preview and that might give u the idea about the room.. cheers

could you tell me how to used it? when i try to upgrade it and the pda show it will install an unknow EnterBootloader.exe ask me yes or no. if yes it will turn to 3 color screen. someone tell me what could i do? i try 4 roms but still get same error.

I'm searching for a wm6 GER. For my Trinity p3600.
I only find bepe's 1.79. It is good and looks fine, but for me the LASAGNE is very good in design. But in italian language.
Are there other GER versions or is the LASAGNE available in GER? (does not support GER, i tried it)

WM6 Problem

I just upgraded my phone to wm6. and whenever i press the power button to turn my phone on again from idle status, it took like 5 secs which is longer than wm5, to turn the phone on. does anyone know why? thank you

I was trialing that ROM before, can you tell me where you are located and why you chose that ROM? is it purely for the radio? What's your hardware specs?

my hardware specs are samsung 400mhz ram 64mb flash 128mbdata bus 32bits storage size 42.31mb. i chose that rom because i just wanted to upgrade my phone to wm6 and i forgot where i located it ( should be in my device). thanks

No the hermes is always a hermes with the above specs, but what model, tytn, dopod, imate jasjam, cingular 8525??

And what country are you in? I found when I flashed with this ROM with a different radio things worked better.

And of course read the wiki for any known problems with your hardware.
But i doubt it will be hardware as you said worked OK on WM5

ROM version: 1.93.408.3 ITA

try 1.00.25.08; but be sure that you had installed hardslp before!

This is normal, since it COMES from the BS.
Then again, the Raphael Radio thread is most active than any other.
GPS is quite good.
~ 2 min. fix from a cold boot. A few seconds (usually < 10) from a warm boot.
Battery usage is worse than with the 1.16 diam radio.
IMO, the best are still the 1.14 series.
