Hello everybody, I have a problem with my SFR v1605 ( HTC Tytn ).
I have unlocked the CID and upgrade my pocket with schap's rom 3.57a and rom radio 1.41.00.10.
But I have probleme when I called someone. The communication failed and the pocket pc is totally blocked and I must restart. I think the problem become to rom radio version. but I want to have your point of view ?

Could be a corrupted ROM, try to reflash again and use another radio version the newest is 1.54, good luck.
I could upgrade only the rom radio version without upgrade rom ? And where I can download rom radio 1.54 ? Sorry I am a new member so I begin...

go to this link, you have to read the wiki section it has all what you need for a new member to learn you have to read before doing something wrong to your pda which can brick it (spoil the ROM which makes it unusable).

i don't know exactly what is the most newest official version but i suppose it's the 1.72 if i'm not wrong ?
actually i' have tomtom 5 bluetooth; maybe it can help you for the rom version ?

yes the latest official english rom is 1.72
there are chineese 2.xx (2003SE) roms translated to english and french but they are not official
and there is an english and french version (beta) of 2005 as well

Just read the sticky posts and you should know what to do.
CID Unlocking / USPL and further tips from Meschle are not that hard to find....
After successfully running USPL you can flash any rom (for Artemis) you want....
being new is no excuse for being lazy...

i did the cid unlock but can you give me a link where to download the english version of windows mobile. because after i did the cid unlock i did install the new version of windows mobile but in norwegian.
did you check the data form my artemis are they correct so i can upgrade to english version?

If your SPL is 1.11 your device should be cid unlocked and ready for flashing.
(this should be after running USPL)
There are lots of english versions....check the wiki pages...
The newest one's are bepe's wm6, B&B 4.3 and Meschle's Touch 3 and O2 Premium 2
my spl i 3.13 and this is after i did the cid unlock and installed wm6 but in norwegian can i install it in english with this spl??

USPL need to be 1.11.0000 before you can flash to an other ROM

i first did the cic unlock and i got the spl 1.11.0000 than i flashed with the artemi touch 3.01 and it works fine man.thanks a lot.

Hello my friends I just bought my new toy diamond......and i think I did a Bull****. I have the 1.37.414.3 wwe rom with radio 1.0025.03 and protocol version 52.26a.25.09H .....after I was doing the hspl and now i have 1.30 Ollinex........the problem that i have is that after that i wanted to put the new wwe europe withe 1.93 rom and the radio ....05 but it was stucking in the 0% ok i was reading the forum and i saw others to have that but i didnt found a solution.... but after that i was trying the developers spl but it doesnt find my device after the last step of the update i get error 202 it doesnt found the device. I was trying the others spl 1.24..1.37... nothing the same ****... it was disconecting my device from activesync and nothing...Please Please i am a big fun of htc I have 2 qtek9000 2 htc shift 1 athena t 1 htc tytn and now the diamond. What i mean is that i knew UNTIL NOW to flash roms and spl but now.......Tell me what should i do now i would like to flash the wwe normal new 1.93 rom with ...05 radio can u give me links and what shoul i do?????? Please guys,,,,,

Use this little Pack is helped me when SSPL-Manual did nothing ,so will 4 uu is well...

i had some issue with this rom, installing it i had no ring for incoming call and shell32.exe crashed making impossible saving changes for sound settings, so i couldn't use it. i tried it with olinex spl and original spl thinking for a compatibility problems, but it wasn't, so i come back to te older 1.93.408.3... i downloaded exactly this file... did you have some problem with?
otherwise i could see it is faster then older one, it has 10% more free memory (just flashed and booted it has about 49/50% memory usage.. the 1.93.408.3 has 56-60% memory usage and it make free less memory using and closing applications) and, it has 77mb free against about 55mb...
I've not yet flashed my device with this rom (I'll flash it only for warranty reasons), but I'm curious: ervius, did you have problems with your H3G branded rom?

if you need for warranty reason you can also flash the old official italian rom and use original spl, my diamond arrived with the official rom and not with h3g rom...
