is it possible to upgrade my current os to WM5?
where can i get the OS and how should i do it?
would there be any problems with the carrier? im in the philippines and we have globe and smart carriers here. would there be any problems with carrier wifi, mms and sms connections if i upgrade from wm 2003 SE to WM5?

I read on the microsoft mobile site that Mobile 5 is not compatible with phones that uses mobile 2003. See this page:

That's normally true but...when M$ were developing WM5 they tested it on a couple of PDAs including the Blue Angel. While not officially released by M$ - it has leaked out and you can use it at your own risk. One of the developers of WM5 has a blog where all this is explained. NAViGAME will be mobile location MMORPG with building strategy elements. Actual version is early development preview, but I’m very surprised, how it’s goes And I want to share resuts of my hard work with others.
It can run ONLY on HTC HD2, other devices will be supported in future.
The game uses GPS, internet, G-Sensor, compas, OpenGL|ES and requires .NET CF 3.5

I've recently come into possession of a HP Elite X3, is anyone able to point me in the direction of instructions for flashing build 16212 of Windows 10 Mobile please?
I've read a few posts on the net stating this build had an active CShell component and allowed windows to be resized when continuum was active.
