Tired of the Slide2Unlock screen? Change it!
Here’s a nice little jpg I made - if you want to change your Slide2Unlock screen.
Just ActiveSync, then navigate to the Res file:
\Program Files\Slide2Unlock\GFX\Res
Then copy and paste/replace the wallpaper.jpg file and reboot phone.
Enjoy !!!!!

Hi,
I installed schaps 3.54c ROM
I also download The Black Theme and backgrounds from HTC through the .zip provided by schap's.
I pasted all files in \Windows following the wiki instructions.
The problem is i can't select the background to display it.
I also tried to change the directory to \My Documents, same issue.
Tried to convert it to .jpg, worked partialy, i can select the background, but it's displays very strange (like white everywhere)
The file i'm trying to display is htcbg_dirty.png
If anyone have a tips, it would be great.

open it with the default image viewer, then from the menu choose "set as today background".

*** NOTE ***
Backup your manila files first. This will overwrite them.

- added background (will try to get bg for all tabs worked out soon). BG is in the zip file
Installation:
1. Extract files to your pc
2. Copy files to your device into any folder (other than \Windows)
3. Go to today settings and disable Tf3D
4. On you device use a program other than file explorer (resco explorer or total commander) and copy the files to the \windows folder
5.restart TF3d
6. Enjoy

lol thanks but not really with the ultra limited TF3D. I figured I owed this community something since ive been doing only WAD2 themes lately

all you need is manila editor (you can do a search for it) and then copy the *_manila files from your /windows folder on your device to your pc. Next start up the manila editor and point it to the folder you copied the *_manila files too. Now you can scroll through every image build into TF3D when you find th eone you want to change just export it as a jpg, png or whatever you like to work with. Change it to any color you like with you favorite editor (i think even paint brush will work for this task). Finally just go back to manila editor and press the replace button on the image you want to replace (the people frame in your case). You can now create a zip file of the image you replaced. Create the zip file and extract it and copy it back to the /windows folder on your device (overwriting the old one) Restart Tf3d and you will see your change

I have accidently created this skin for the SPB Panel by combining a few other peoples ideas. I did use the BlueBut plus some other stuff and ended up with this.
All you have to do is:
1. Download the SPB_Panel_Chrome_Skin.zip file and extract. Change panel to any other that SPB. Copy the 14 files into /Program files/SPB Mobile Shell/
2. Download the Themes.zip file and extract. Copy the files into /Windows/
3.Change today theme to the Vista theme.
4.Change back to SPB Panel.

Hi all,
I just want to share something that I have created to replace the current StartMenu Selection pic since I find the default one (white glow) not much 'eye-candy' value to it. This one matches the bar in Titanium.
Simply just copy the png file over to \windows folder (Need Resco or Total fie commander to do this). May need to soft reset to apply the changes.
Just a little something for the community...hope you guys like it.
Note: I'm not sure this would work well if you are using more than 3 column icons. use at your own risk.

prepare a wallpaper what you like in the size ,one with 480x800 "portrait mode" and one with 800x480 "landscape mode" (IMPORTANT)save both as a gif file,than give the fist one the name (Default_stwater_480_800)the secound(Default_stwater_800_480) and save it in you phone windows folder, if you got problem with overwriting use Total Commander done
