I obtained this rom version and build just patching some files: 5 in total....
I searched windows media player ver 11 for ppc and nothing found...
I tried to dump kaiser 5.2.2000 build 20000, and was protected; why???
why protect a rom, if you want I can post this rom, but you only will able to find all files present also in 1933 rom....
but....
if I was able to analize all files in kayser 5.2.2000 build 20000 rom, maibe I was able to understand that is really a genuine build and not a fake!
game over, fow now, my 5.2.2000 build 20000 rom for trinity is only a big fake!!
a real joke is good if it is for few time!!

right now I'm dumping the rus 5.2.2000 build 20000, and some files are differents, with more bytes than they used by me to patch 1933 to have a fake 2000 OS version, now I don't know what to think....
fake or not?!?!?!

bwt: s000 coredll.dll is different from 1933 by 28 bytes, when 2 bytes are sufficients to pathc a rom os version...
wmcore is totally different from 1921(78) and 1933 os version;
and more others.....
all dsm were marked with 20000 sign (but this is other kind of hexediting files...)
now 2 are the solutions:
1) Are very great to patch files to make fake!!
2) it is no fake os version....
but.. I really don't know about.....

Hi all, after my fake, I really succeed to dump, reconstruct, rebuild and port os ver 5.2.2000 build 20000 from rus wizard on my trinity.....
now, for me, not a faked builded by me (maibe fake builded from someone else!!?!?!?)
but:
coredll.dll' s000 files are different by 28 bytes (when only 2 bytes are good to patch and upgrade fake os Version!)
all files patched by me to obtain fake 20000 build are more differents, I usually with 4 or 6 bytes patched build, in theese files now there are 30 bytes differents or more...
wmcore.dll are different totally by mine and 20000 build....
all dsm are signed with 20000 build (but it is another way to patch!!)
for now I'm testing it, and don't know......
1) they are really great to patch files to obtain new builds!!!
2) it is really a new Rom version and Build!!!
EDITED:
some strange in wmplayer, appear media player 10 for pocketpc
versione 11.2 build 20000
I don't know if depends from my mui file or fake?!?!?!?!?!

i'm just very curious about a new rom possible on our devices ... but i have absolutely no idea of how can we make roms ... so i'll let this work to people that know how to do it.
but is there a changelog for this build ?! i'll try to find one on microsoft website.

someone, I think, will make it for you....

hehehe i think too ... but what is interesting is the changelog ... because here on xda developers ... it appears that every person that do ROMs only do reverse engineering for knowing the changes. i tried to search on Microsoft website but ... unfortunately no changelog . i hope that someone will be able to get one.

my own fake, was edited in dll, mui and a cpl, but I've seen thant the rus wizard rom, in thoose files are differents, by more excedeed bytes from the ones patched by me to obtain the fake 20000, so, now I don't know what to tink:

I think the security has something to do with the used kitchen. With "scoter kitchen" is was able to extract the ROM.
I still think it is a fake build. I did a file-compare too and your right about the file differences. But did you ever see Microsoft using a number like 20000 and 2000. Microsoft don't care about nice rounded numbers. Build 20000 should mean it is the first aku 1.0 build which was stable enough to release it. Does not sound realistic to me.

dont compare it with all the new Aku0.7 files
as I've said, it's only 2 bytes different between the very old 5.2.1437's coredll.dll(aka Aku0.3), just a fake core!

Just flashed, runs fast and nice, but i can't get my motorola HT820 a2dp headset working. i think that is problem of srs wow hd, which is included in that rom. Can someone post default registry keys for HKLM\Drivers\builtin\BAa2dpSnd ?? In this rom they are like in HKLM\Drivers\builtin\WaveDev and it has never worked for me....

EDIT:: I installed a non-Big Storage rom first then reinstalled this rom. So far everthing is working great. Tweaked and installed most of my stuff.

I actually really liked the rom but I had tons of hard resets. Could I be having the same problem, maybe the ext-rom not being there?

This is a good rom.But there seems to be a bug with htc album.Whenever I click on its icon my gadget hangs and I have to soft reset.Anybody having the same problem?

reflashed with Vp3g's last rom (non-bigstorage) and then reflashed to this rom. After that, all has been well. I've installed everything, tweaked it, setup exchange etc. Set my alarms. That seemed to do the trick. Let me know if that helps. Otherwise my phone was locking up and hard reseting till I performed the above procedure. Good Luck.

Go into settings / phone / Band and change the band it is using
i changed it to GSM (900+1800) + UTMS (2100 + 850)

i tried that but it still doesnt work...
Im using Three in the UK....getting the 'x' with an arrow left and right...instead of my beloved 'H'

Check with Schaps Adv Confiquration if the GPRS auto Attach is enabled.

Can anyone upload 20270 unmodified build ? Without any personal changes, tweaks etc. All version are blocked, it's ok but I asked about unmodified release. Could be in 804 lang but 192 dpi.

i would like the same as well.
i am looking for a clean 20270 build. packages can be optional cos i believe we can add them in ourselves.
hopefully some kind souls can share this out. i am going nuts with the memory leakages on lower version builds...

nope, the one on touch pro seems to be lower version.
i believe some of the chefs here have the corresponding files for diamond.
so just trying my luck to see if they can kindly share the files to us.

I think that nobody want to share with 20270 release...
