unlock SPV M600 help - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

any on help but i want to unlock my SPV M600. I want soft please help.

i have don it whit http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...het_Unlock_Sim
and when its done go to /windows/simunlock.**
and look for simunlock insert de unlock code and its done!
it work by my m600 from orange

its a m500 and not a c500 mate, so the spv-dev site will not help him , the other post should tho
