O2 and Wap not gprs

Hi I have a problem Ive created the connection using gprs to the internet which is good (i get charged per kb) but because ive got an online PAYG sim which gives me 300 free wap minutes (i know only to wap settings) I would like to use these and check out the wap pages.
Could anybody tell me the settings to enable this ?

There's in fact programs that lets u do MUCH more than simple editing of pictures....Pocket Artist 3.0 is the one i prefer(3.1 version is already released,but haven't got the chance to test it yet... :wink: ),it's more like famous AdobePhotoshop!!!!
There's also Idruna Photogenics,it's a very sofisticated pictures editing software,also good one,but i personaly prefer Pocket Artist....

Ive just got the HTC Touch and its the first time I use a WM phone.
I feel there are many options missing and I'd love some help from you guys. this is my first post.
First is there a way we can create a shortcut that directly starts a new SMS msg to send ?
How do I make some programs start automatically as windows starts ?
The built-in calculator is the ugliest thing ever, i want an easy to use calc and not scientific , not necessarily loaded with options. I used calcium for N95 i loved it it was just perfect and straight to the point. ( http://www.mtvoid.com/calcium/ )
what a good registry editor for WM ?

As orb has already stated just about anything you can ever imagine can be found in the wiki, as he included some links to get you started.
Thirdly (Yes i'm getting somewhere keep reading )
Shortcuts can be created to create new sms's
you will need to know how to make .lnk files which are simply pure text files containing a path, read on here.
To make programs start up with windows a link to the program needs to be placed in the windows\start up\ folder
Try total commander for a registry editor\ advanced file explorer
For programs check freeware websites such as these.

Hover over the item in the start menu you want to replace the 1-6 press right softkey Pin To Quicklaunch and choose the no. you want the prog to be

There is atleast one more link somewhere on xda about i found it once with lots of searching i will look tomorrow when im on the labtop and some on my Mad tricked out kavana 6.1 S621 Pro : )) i got a bunch gagets installed tomorrow on the labtop ill upload em here : )
This really makes the S621 pure 6.1 Smartphone.. with all the other system tweaks!

Look, I'm not trying to complain again about double posting topics but, if you would've searched smarttoolkit, you would have found nica's thread called (download smartoolkit here) with all the links for smarttoolkit, skins and icon bars.

Depends on what ur trying to do?
I use opera browser and swith to mobile view in the settings...and either google images....or deviant art has a great mobile site!
Thats if your just looking for pics...

er...actually "photo hunt" is a game which gives you 2 similar pictures
you need to find the difference between them...

search for a game called crazy spot, its not full screen but works excellent and can even be played through bluetooth with another friend. the same as photo hunt

it seems gd. but there is another question.
how can i register the "crazy spot"?
i found a keygen for it but in my x1, it shows the device number as "5" only.
and i cant use the key to register it
it seems device number is not just one number.
how can i solve it??
p.s. the problem has been solved. i used a chinese character for my id so it cant display well

sms lag fix found.No more keyboard lag.

hi guys.i was suffering with a lot of lag when i was writing sms with my x1.i found fix and i want to share with you.
Open Total Commander
Browse to the Windows folder
Look for "thread_sms.htm"
Hit file and go to edit
Scroll down (it's pretty short so it shouldn't be that far) and look for "count" then delete it. It's the only one in there so no need to worry about deleting the wrong one.
Save and restart the phone.that is it.i hope all the chefs will include this fix in their rom.cheers

just tried this and works a treat yay!

nice find, testing it out right now will update in the future to see if the change was significant or not

the disadvantage with this workaround is, it does not count how nany characters we wrote in our sms. i will upload max 160 character fix soon.cheers

i didnt understand.what kind of error you are getting?you can use the attached cab file.you will be able to write 160 characters afterwards you must create new sms.cheers

good work, with this cab the keyboard in the sms work very fine now!

Umm i installed the SMS LAG FIX-160 Max.cab to fix but i didnt like it so i uninstalled now my background is grey in text and file explorer....how do i undo this and make it white agian?

this was very helpfuul with txt , but in opera lagging its just unbelivable , i gues there must be some opera fix also or i'm wrong ?

Thanks for posting this. I have used it and there are slight improvements to texting with the x1. I have to say though, even after installation I still find that there are times in which my x1 still lag like crazy when I text or use MSN on it.

which registry entries get changed with this cab?
i have some issues with the keyboard...have to press some letters twice etc.
