Hi everone,
I have this problem for two days now. I flashed different roms including official ones in hope to solve this issue but I failed. Whenever I press wifi power button it processes then nothing happens, it's always off!! any help will be appreciated!! Thanks
Maybe a silly question, but did you try to flash a new radio rom? I'm not being sarcastic, just don't want to miss anything.
yes I did. I actually tried 3 different versions but nothing!!
If you go to the Network Cards Screen, do you see the following listed?
Yes it's there.

I'm not really sure how to diagnose that. Might be time to send in for repair?
Hey peeps, I keep getting random FC's for system updates and Android processes. I'm not rooted, and have no idea why this is happening. Any suggestions?

Must be an incompatibility with an app you installed. Check the apps you have installed.
Worse case scenario just factory reset the phone.

How would I check my apps to figure out which one it is? Thanks for the reply also

when did you start noticing it? what app was the last you installed before it started happening? delete the app and see if the problem is still there. just do a process of elimination. worst case, just back up your stuff and do a factory reset.
Im gonna say yeah, just do a factory reset.
Have you tried rebooting it? Sometimes that will help eliminate little bugs you may be experiencing.

I dont know what you mean by soft boot but just hold down the power button and then choose to turn off phone then wait a couple seconds while its off then turn it back on.
Hi all. I just wondered if anyone could help me out with this problem i'm having.
When on the lock screen you can usually just pull the ring on to the camera in case you need to make a quick snap shot. But after the Jelly Bean update, every time I try use it, it freezes for around 5-6 seconds rendering the shortcut useless I suppose. Only happens with the camera app and nothing else for some reason.
Anyone have any ideas of what could solve this? Such a small problem but it's a really annoying one.
Cheers.
Did you make an hard reset when you upgrated to Jelly?
There is to say that the problem there is also in custom rom...
So, it may be an htc issue rom

I haven't done a hard reset because of fear of just losing everything... not very good with all this stuff, usually just find a quick or easy fix for things.
When it comes to going a bit deeper to trying to fix something i'm lost.
Goes without saying I haven't rooted my phone or anything, so there wouldn't be any problems it that area.
Any thought's on how else I could fix this, pal? thanks.
I don't know how to fix, so i usually don't use the camera so i don't have this on shortcuts...
I also have the same issue

My phone is killing me... All of a sudden when I'm in the settings there is something like ghost touch that drags the screen down. It happens only in the settings! I can't even access to the developer options to activate touch feedback! In a couple days I'm gonna try to reset the phone but for me it's problem is absurd. I don't think that this happened to anyone other than me but do you have any suggestions?

Try using screen test app from Playstore to know that your touches are getting registered as you want to.

Can you suggest me a good app? BTW I tried to lock the screen in portrait (reverse) using an app called set orientation in order to check what would happen. The screen continues to go down while it was supposed to go up instead if there were ghost touch in the bottom of the screen

If even after resetting the phone, the problem persists. Service center is the destination.

The problem keeps happening, unfortunately I won't be home until Friday evening and until then I can't reset the phone because I don't have a wifi connection.
I hope that a factory reset will solve the issue but I was wondering if since this is most likely a software issue, I could flash the original firmware in case the soft reset isn't enough. I had several Sony phones before this one and I could do it without voiding the warranty and with a locked bootloader. Is it the same case for this one?

Yes. Warranty will only be void with unlocking the bootloader and misuse of the unit.
Maybe you can try to use a hair dryer to dry the phone!
Also a reboot comes in handy all the time!
Do check your charger too!
It used to happen with me on my old phone due to my sweaty hands! Fortunately this doesn't happen with me on my Honor!
Edit:Also check if you have Glove mode On in settings - smart assistance
bro just hand over to service center they will take care of your phone ,please don't do any hard things to phone
I did a factory reset and all seems to be working fine now. I hope it will last

My device Z fold 3 having this issue. Bluetooth is turned off automatically after fully unfold for 5 seconds and then sometimes it turned back on.
Factory reset doesn't fix this. Anyone having this issue?
Sounds like a hardware issue.
Try in safe mode.

It did happen while phone is in safe mode. So this means it is a hardware issue?

Try clearing the system cache and try a hard reboot (simulates pulling the battery).

What you loaded may have an incompatible instructions for a chipset in that build... reload what worked.

Hello I'm having the same issue did you find a fix for it? For a hardware fix does that mean returning it to the service center? Thanks for any help

Yes they can do that. If it's a firmware update it will need to be reflashed to the previous version unless you can find a work around.
Make sure Galaxy Wearable has all permissions enabled, phone, calendar... all of them.
Google play Services must be enabled.
Thanks sir I'll take it to the AT&T store

They propably won't be of help. Take it to a Best Buys Samsung Experience center. They may have another solution but can reflash the device if needed.
Thank you. Hopefully the best buy in anchorage has that service.
Did a hard restart. Also a factory reset and still no blue tooth. Best buy Samsung Geek squad are not in Anchorage. closest is Seattle. Does anyone have any further suggestions. Took it to Att and they had no idea. thanks
Same issue here! Nothing seems to have worked, would love to hear if people have found any fixes!

After complete reset it was still not working but has steadily got better. Almost back to 100%, but even right after reset still had issues. It seems to be working. Samsung says to take it to Samsung Service Center. Best Buys have them, if available in your area.
I'm having the same issue. Tried to disable some labs features ('multi window for all apps') helped a bit. It got better for about a day and now works about 50% of the time.
I am outside the US so very difficult to get to a repair center. Keep us all updated please on what works. We need to find a way to fix this!
Anyone know any Samsung tech guys that can chip in?
Outside of the US eh? So this is not a problem specific to regions or chipsets, well that's worrying... I was hoping it be something related to chips or mobile carrier. Now it sounds like it's totally random

It is a US device (Snapdragon variant), just currently working overseas, not on a US cellular carrier.
Anyone having this issue on the Exynos varriant?
