I dont think you can see the cid, however a hardspl will disable the cid so you will be able to install any rom,,, you can also unlock the cid using software.. search forum for software

is it possible to reformat bootloader?

Is it possible to upgrade, downgrade or reformat to bootloader?
My bootloader says 1.30.0000 is it possible to change this by the way cid unlock?

I have cid lock and my device in bootloader mode I have to find original rom but I can not find if I can reformat or change bootloader may cid lock can delete. Just I am thinging.

You can't flash that, the CID doesn't match.

CID number and Firmware DON'T MATCH

Hello. I have an odd problem. I recently bought a second hand One X, and i descovered something strange. My CID is O2_001 (it was bought from O2 UK), but i have 3.14.401.31 firmware. From what i've read, My CID should have 3.14.206.27 firmware, and my firmware should have CID HTC_032 or HTC_405. How is that possible? I have S-ON, HBOOT 1.36. Is it possible to flash on my CID O2_001 firmwares from different CID?

Not a single person can help me?

maybe there is a custom rom on it? ....boot into fastboot/bootloader and see above if it's saying unlocked or relocked...or locked...
