Mobile windows 2003 operating system upgrade help!

Hi guys,
I have PDA-2k with mobile windows 2003 operating system I want to upgrade my ppc os could you guys help me is it possible or not? if it is possible then how can I install on my ppc and from where I can get 2005 operating system ?
one more thing how can i find out which OS i'm using i mean name of os ?

there is a (german) upgrade file available on the website of o2 Germany.. just google orbit 2 upgrade o2online. it includes
- Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 AKU 1.2.3
- improved Stand-by
- Opera Browser
- Remote Desktop Client

What I want to do is, reload the ROM and install windows mobile 6.1..
I need all the help possible.. what to do, what not to do.. each and every detail as im new to this
