Multiple File Signer

Hello,
Yesterday I created application, that may be usefull for some people, especially for translating new WM6 - signing MUI files. Application uses signcode.exe from Molski DevPack (its in archive - tools directory).

User-guide:
1. Click "Select File(s)" button and select files what do you want.
2. Select certificate, by default is selected SDKSamplePrivDeveloper
3. Click "Start Sign Process"
4. voila!
You can verify files signing in log files created by this program.
for example log file:
file: file.dll.mui , log file: file.dll.mui.txt
Example for good sign:
Warning: This file is signed, but not timestamped.

Can I sign my own apps with my cert with this tool? Or are the emu certs hardcoded?

Coded in C++ Builder 6
To change available certificates, you must change ComboBox1 items in source and compile it, or change EXE resources in ResHacker for example (section RCData) and you must copy your certificates to tools directory.

I tried it for a phcanOverbmp.dll. However, the log file, txt, is empty. I copy the dll to windows folder. It seems it doesn't work. What is the problem?

i have an xda orbit with the latest o² wm6 ger update and it looks like this:

For you quit O² you need delete the links contents in \Windows\startup

but in windows/startmenu folder there only the apps that i addet in startmenu of windows. not the today o2 plugin.
there is another folder windows/autostart but no appz in that.
anyone an idea to disable the o2 today-plugin?

Your right nothing there - the setting must be in the registry - i had a reg tweak - i'll post later when i find it.

I already tried to edit both RandomAccess.dll files, but it only changed the letters-bar on the "old" contacts page...
how can I change the new bar?

i don't know how but i wanna know how you change your contacts font. i've been searching and asking but no answers. can you tell me how you changed them. thanks in advance.

It's realy easy:
1) you need the right fonts on your device
2) you need to search your phone registery for font paths, and change all of them to the path that contain your language fonts files.
Please notice that you may need to change your fonts files names to the one that require by the device.

1. Download View attachment Msigner.zip.
(2. Unsign DLL file using UnSigner.exe)

3. Open copy of DLL in ResHacker.exe
4. Locate and Save Bitmap..
5. Download View attachment BMPInfo.zip.
6. Note your BMPs details.
7. Edit extracted Bitmap. !DO NOT CHANGE FILE-FORMAT
8. Save and check details again with BMPInfo.
9. Open DLL in Reshacker.exe again.
10. Replace Resources.. current Bitmap with new edited version.
11. Save as.. DLL
12. Use siggner.exe (SDKSamplePrivDeveloper) to Sign DLL.
13. Check logg.
It should say:
Warning: This file is signed, but not timestamped.
Succeeded
If something went wrong it might say:
Error: Signing Failed. Result = 80070057, (-2147024809)
14. When done, transfer DLL to My Documents on phone.
15. Open Total Commander
16. Rename original DLL to *_original.dll
17. Copy/Move edited DLL from My Documents to original DLL folder (%\Windows\).
18. Soft Reset.
If your edit doesn't work..
1. Go to DLL folder in Total Commander.
2. Rename failed DLL to *_fail01.dll
3. Soft Reset.
(4. Delete *_fail01.dll after Soft Reset)

Excellent short guide. It doesn't go in-depth, but those who know what they're doing will find their way. May I suggest some improvements?

I've had a great deal of issues with different versions of Adobe Photoshop, which is why I use BMPInfo to double-check, helps avoid floating-point errors and such.

THE INSTALL CABS
Install all cabs, then do a reset not before....
After reset start Start main program "pocket islam"
After closing program you can use Pocket Quran...
It is not complete... I will Upload all mp3 Quran files this night...
Then just copy map "Quran" to program files "Pocket Islam"
The you can let recite the whole Quran in program....

Is there anyway, I can have this app that also recite the Holy Quran in Arabic and then translate that verse is English...because I don't speak Arabic, and I love to hear it in Arabic but also want to know the meaning, so it can rejoice my faith...

I think, it would require a bit programing, and getting into the registry of the app, so After each verse, when clicked on the translation mode, it get you English translation, and then move to the other verse....any programmer?

The App has already that.....
If you let recite the verse you want, just click soft button beneath it, is the first or the the second from the right side...(Sorry do not remember which one it was) than you will see the recited verse in english....So you can let the program recite the whole Quran and you can follow it in english..
See for the soft buttons on the pictures in first post...
So no need to translate or programming....!!!!
