Difference with build 29968
I have build 29968. Does somebody know the differences?
The main difference that I have found is when you are on the today screen, you get three bars where the X button normally is on the programs. If you press this then you can stop all the active programs or select individual prgrams to stop
I just flashed back to an official release and the version that came with it was an embarrising "1.0". Needless to say, upgrading was a given
Latest i've seen is on Bepe's 0,75 ROM, Task manager 1.51 (built 30470)

hi. i had a ROM that came with this aplication built in but i had some issues, not i have another ROM that did come with it so i installed it but i dont see the 3 bar button to pull down the menu (the ROM that had it built in did show this buton that is what im looking for) i made sure i checked the option "enable Quick Menu on Today screen".
im running version 1.51
any help will be appreciated.

Be warned i found a bug in this - works perfectly if setting close by hold x - but if close by tap x - a bug - when changing options it closes down the program - e.g. try bubblebreaker.
Can anyone verify please?

mmm... I can't find the 2.8 version... Do you have the link to it?
I believe Task Manager v2.8 might be a different program.
It´s not the same HTC Task Manager this thread is about.

I haven't got a bug on my Orbit with the version posted in post1.. I can change the options from Bubblebreaker and I can set my alarm-Clock. Both with "end programs by tapping x" activated.
I like this version.
Works fine.
BTW I've got B&B 4.1 installed..

I simply modified the Wireless entries so as to work on the Hermes. I take no credit for this cab!
IR actually works with this manager...
As an aside, ActiveSync wouldn't work for me with PDA 19900 ROM when I installed this, however it IS working with the 19581...

Is because Comm Manager is running my young friend. Either close it with Task manager or install this right after a soft reset.

If life is simple then we wont need M$!! Just make sure you install a good task manager from now on that closes all the apps.
Oh I wish somebody can make a different graphics for this! White is wonderful, but does not fit with the black theme!

I have recently installed Android on my Diamond, and is the Android built by Cyanogen.
I wonder is it possible to change the original theme please?
I have read some threads, and seems like changes themes in ordinary Android phones require rooting.
So does the same apply to our Android on Diamond please>?

I tried to apply simplistic 1.1 using superfroyo rc2
But the themes requires cyanogen 6 and so caused the phone app to crash each second and i wasn't able to press reboot and apply theme button in metamorph
Maybe the problem was because I didn't used cyanogen

hey mate, so you are using HTC diamond right? do you know which one is the menu on diamond?
because I am trying to add contacts, and when I press contacts, it says
'to add contacts, press menu and touch:
Accounts: to add.........'
i have tried all the buttons on the phone, and I still can't wake up the menu, any help please?
I'm on diamond and the menu button is the home button in wm

haven't tried it yet...since I am using SuperFroyo now, and I have installed quite a lot of apps, so need to find a way to back them up first.
By the way, have you read this site ever? Think he is one of the guy who creates the themes.

And what I am trying to say is, what he has done is in fact using different wallpaers and widget on desktop, like SwitchPro, BattStatt, Genie Widget,, etc, and the dock bar, he is simply using MnmlText, which you can find a similar one called SimplyText, and I guess u can download this simplytext for free, and change the icons on dock in LaucherPro preference.
So all I am trying to say is, we can still generate the same appearance with little bit effort, like change colors, wallpaper and icons manually.
(My opinion only, surely the guy might have put a lot effort on the theme.)
Hello, I have seen few themes around, but in every single one of them, I've been missing something. Tiny uneccessary things and details.
So I have created theme to my liking. rom-g's baterry mod with some icons from R64's theme, and few other icons made by me or taken from some other template. Just theme I think of as special one :-D
Maybe you may want something more then stock AOSP lockscreen and stock notification bar.

Did you have any lagfix or tweaks enabled? Disable both and try again. If problem persists download a fresh copy of the file and reflash

Strange. I am running stock JPU with CF-Root and Voodoo lagfix, and all is working right.
BTW, I have done Purple version of the theme for my wife. Somebody interested?

First post updated with updated version of the theme
I am still unable to recompila apk, after changes regarding progress bar (I am using blue one from R64's theme now), and still unable to create reboot menu. It seems that apk tool have some problems with my 64b windows. I will try with linux later this week.
If somebody is willing to modify theme to add ex. power menu, let me know please. Because right now, I am helpless.
EDIT: Updated again. Added few modded apps, changed some icons, and such.

I couldn't find in the Themes section any mod for a Power Menu mod. I noticed on the LeeDroid ROM there were several more options. I'm most interested in having the Shutdown, Hibernate and Restart options. Could anyone point me into the right direction if there is such a mod?
