Good bye SX66

Well I got my cingular 8125 a couple days ago and my SX66 is no longer mine =( (I'm not really sad... I love the wizard =) )
Just thought I would say bye to the SX66 forums you guys have helped a lot and I can definitely say that the SX66 I sold was 10 better then the SX66 I bought thanx to all the work some of you guys did with the ROMS, EXT ROMS, and RADIOS.
Have fun with the haxing.

P.S. If anyone is wondering the BT on the Wizard worx wonderfully... I was so excited to use my head set again and not have to spend more time messing with it than using it!

Selling Tytn with WM 6.0 on it

Hello there all, I was looking for a little advise. I am planning on selling my tytn on ebay and Iam running one of the copies of wm 6 on it. Sholud I start over with ver 5.0 or just sell it the way it is. I just don't want anyone here getting into any trouble over it. Thanks for the advice.

I have seen these sold on ebay before with WM6 preloaded but they didnt mention who made the wm6 just that it came with it preflashed, I am sure you dont have any problems if anything it will actualley be worth more to people that dont know any better to get it themselves.

My suggestion would be to make it clear in the auction that it comes with WM6 pre-loaded, but that you can convert it back to WM5 before posting if the winning buyer requests it. That way, best of both worlds!
Besides, you know of ANYONE interested in Windows / WM who wanted a LOWER version number once a higher one was available?!? We'd buy a Fiesta over a Ferrari as long as it was badged as an Enzo v2.0....

I have seen some auctions get removed for selling phones like the hermes with wm6 on it since it technically hasnt been officially released yet..

I have also seen some that have went for a pretty penny with wm6 on it and thought about selling mine just because of it LOL

I friend of mine just bought as 8525 which WAS advertised as having WM6. He bought it for about $500 cad. shipped.
When he got it, I told him how to look into the WM6 version. It had Black 2.5 on it.

Hey all, while im not a real well known user here, I just thought that I should let yall know that im sorta leavin...ive just got my hands on a Cingular 8125/HTC Wizard/T-Mobile MDA....(for a cool 20USD no less!!!), so ima be movin primarily to the Wizard forums now...though I am gonna keep me Excalibur up and running...but at any rate, a BIG THANK YOU! to everyone here in the Excalibur forums for the help and support!

but I think at the end of the day it'll be worth it. I sold my HTC G1. It was fun while it lasted, but I need a big boy phone. The G1 has potential but it's like a toy compared to the THD

I recently got a mt3g off ebay like it, but it lacked the power of my tp2. So, i figured I'd give it to my girl friend since i was adding her to my plan. I just put a SDcard back in my tp2 and put the newest blazn build on it. It was super fast! I was fine without the sound I really just wanted to get bank in to my TP2. But I come home from a job interview and see the News, and WOW! I would like to thank everyone who has worked on the dev for android port to the TP2. Im a late comer to the whole cell phone mod game but I've loved it since i got here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. And to all the ppl with post like Rhodium is dead. guess you can go buy another one if you were dumb enuff to rid of it. Thanks again!!!
