Which Rom best for Vario II and reverting back

Hi I know there are official Roms from O2 and HTC but nothing from T-Mobile
With that in mind whats the opinion of the forum for the best ROM for this device - there seem to be so many to choose from!!
Also on a previous thread I asked how to get back to WM5 factory state
Thats to those who adviced - although the process seems a bit 'manual'
Has anyone built a simple EXE for (rather like the ones you can download from o2 etc)

I Need the *Official* AT&T 8525 WM6 ROM

Hey,
I have read a bunch of posts and wiki'd the tools I'll need to upgrade my AT&T 8525 from WM5 to WM6, however I'm having a hard time finding the stock, official rom from AT&T.
I found this download off the HTC site:

I'm not sure if this one is comming straight from AT&T or HTC, however if you guys don't think it will matter or do any harm to my device, I'll just follow the directions there and ActiveSync the whole thing clean and clear.
If anyone does know of a download directly off of an official AT&T site, that would work fine as well.

After the initial flurry of ROMs direct from HTC has anyone got any idea on when the next one is planned or do they just do it as and when......

i've read something about a 1.98.xxx ROM on this forum

maybe they think is not broken..so they don't need to fix it yet

i hope that 2.0 rom will make a lot of changes, espacially in speed.

I am hoping that HTC put in a time machine into the diamond so then we can all go into the future and download the amazing splenderific v10 rom with builtin kitchen sink!

O my god a new rom already what is the Exact version number as the 1.93 is already a week available

I don't understand this. 1.93 has been available for weeks and various regional versions have been incorporated into many different cooked ROMS. What is the source of this post as it does sound like old news to me..

No, this is the same 1.93 ROM that's been out for weeks. I'm afraid it's nothing new.

if anyone is interested i have the 1.93.405.1 ROM, i can upload somewhere. Let me know and i'll do it.

Standard WM5 ROM - Where to find

Dear All,
I'm searching the standard WM5 ROM since the same is no longer puplished on the HTC website . Do you know where I can retrive it?
I know that there is one published, but the website (after the check of the serial number) give me back that is not applicable to my phone.

When I was looking for new ROM (WM6 or higher) on HTC website, I downloaded a wrong ROM. It is WM5. If you looking for a WM5 ROM which officialy from HTC, you can download from this link

Dopod D810 (P3600)

Hello Everyone,
So I have the older version of the Dopod which is the D810 (P3600, NOT P3600i).
Are all the ROMS and updates posted all for the P3600i? It doesn't work on both right?
Where can I get any cooks for the P3600? I'm sure many still use the P3600..

Actually, read each thread carefully as Most of the ROMs are for the P3600, and some are for the i. It's usually posted clearly in the thread title, or within the first post of each thread.
