Anyone tried it yet? Any impressions??

I can't download... Have anybody downloaded allready? Place at Rapidshare, plz. What changes are there, comparing with Helmi's Vanila release? What means version 2.00.04?

I have tried all the available WM6. My opinion is the PADVIET one’s are the best.
Yes Indra and helmis are little faster but the available RAM is less than PDAVIET and they are more hangers by those ROMS.
However, it seems all the ROM’s are from the same origin just the each programmer tweaks making the major differences. All of the ROM’s having still the WMP problem.

Phone app working for you?
I tried version 2.00.04PV an I found the phone application not to work properly. If you browse the menus, I cannot stop the phone application. It locks up the app. Can you properly use the phone? If yes, I may try this ROM once more. I am now back to 2.00.03PV since I need the phone...

I am so bored will all these new roms.
I just need a stable rom with all device's feautes working properly.
If its super fast,that's the best.If its just fast,that's fine.

Mine did the same thing, do not use the noID.exe use the regular exe, worked for me

Backup of Orange Israel

Does anybody have a backup of the ROM. I have HW problems and delivering this with my Sleuth ROM does not sound like a good idea

I don't have the full ROM (best way for you), but when worse comes worst, I can give you the contents of the Extended R (which I do have). If it comes to it, check ROM version with a friend, flash it from here, mount the ExtR and substitute its contents with Orange IL ExtR. You may need to Super CID but I guess you've already done it to 6.0. At the end you may want to downgrade the IPL/SPL (see thread here or WIKI) but frankly once back to original ROM I doubt if the Service Station will go the extra mile to check. Let me know.

on the FTP you`ll find the full ROm dumped.
read around and burn it.
you`ll have a full working orange device.
next time - back it up

Elivne, Not that I'm ever even considering to get back to 5.0 but just for service cases one may bump into..
I've been to the ftp, seem to have access to all dirctories - but - dumped ROMs.. have you meant XDA-Dev FTP, and if so is there an Orange IL complete ROM dumped ?

I have a TYTN, both cellcom & orange came with heb. on the ext.rom - both Hebrew versions worked(notice that cellcom locks your device if you run all of the EXT.rom).
I currently use a legit eyron beta for WM6 - the latest beta they have is filled with bugs - use the old beta(you can find it on pocket.co.il or the freak site - someone uploaded it to rapid or something like that.)

yeah... well paying 500 sheks just to read Hebrew websites is not really my thing if u know what I mean...guess I'll just have to wait till those guys on the Russian forums crack it or till Microsoft decides to include support...

how about the IPL, SPL and Splash
OK after downloading the dump I now know how to restore the OS and Extended ROM. What about the IPL, SPL and Splash to make this a full ROM.
I will of course post this back to the forum for everyone to use. No use having multiple people waste their time on this

you cna install and then uninstall(you`ll have fonts and can read in miror form).
another solutions is found at the FREAK site, a user found a way to read heb in PIE without heb.

Is there a way to get a non-orange version of WM6 to read hebrew text messages? I have had this problem on my Tytn for AGES!
In this forum I have been pointed to third party software that almost bricked my phone...is there a simpler way?

Do exactly what was explained above. Goto Eyron site, download the beta, install and instead of registering disable it. You will have the hebrew fonts but from left to right. Good for SMS or maybe short emails but will not help with PIE.

the current heb versions is not good, send me your mail and I'll send you the first beta that was good.
For the orange user,
I said before - you can install PDAC on WM6, you must use English UI and remove all files ending with: *.040d.mui (in the windows directory).
but the phone will freeze from time to time.
i recommend using eyron with the trial for some time and only them use PDAC(so you'll know the freezes were caused by PDAC.

I just checked what version of Live was cooked into Dutty's 3.3 and it's newer than the versions quoted by cokbok above... 10.6.0051.0900

I install MIRI v10 ROM and my Messenger Live is 10.6.0052.0100

GFMAPI & Touch Pro 2

I have some problems with GFMAPI on my (Dutch) Touch Pro 2. I am not really sure what it is but I guess it's some kind of a protocol.
When installing Power Radio I get this error: "Can't open GFMAPI". I understand that GFMAPI is also needed for HyperGPS, a TMC application.
Does anybody know what to do to solve this problem? The standard HTC FM Radio is working just fine. But I would love TMC on my device as well.

There is a new version of the GFMAPI file posted in at least one of the radio program threads, that is supposed to work with the Touch Pro 2. If you search you should find more details.

I wasn't being unkind, I haven't had time to try the file myself, so couldn't provide instructions and I only had two minutes before I went to hospital to see my second Grandson who was born at 2AM today Have a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=497977 that has the latest version, and people there should be able to help.

Zip file contains a different version of gfmapi.dll. You can try it with APITest application within test folder. But I receive "Failed to load FMS_API.dll" with dll file in...

It was learnt that the recent ROM release by Acer for HK has better and fixed drivers.I have made a WWE version of it to test.I have testred it and I found a large improvement in performance.I am including only flash.bin.U can use other parts for flash.

So, to recreate Hdubli Beta 3 with the new drivers...
Extract the new flash.bin and put it in to the \ACER s200 beta 3\1. Flash' folder?
Does the Extrom.bin take care of all the customizations you put in?
Or do we have to wait for a completely new cooked rom?

There is a fix SMS Cab in the first release of the rom, see if that works.

I have got this running with SPB mobile shell. Very happy with it. Indeed i like it better than Manilla.

Seems to be older than HK CSL 2.004 version (2.003.01.TC.FET from 08/12/09 versus 2.004.01.TC.SL from 17/12/09), but you are right, there are more changes listed on the changelog...

Acer Hong Kong has release a 2.004.01.TC.CSL with new release date 2009/12/29. It seems improved from the previous 2.004.01.TC.CSL. It is a chinese rom.

First off. Great work hdubli. I flashed to this from default 2 rom on UK website. Before the flash my phone was practically unusable and I was thinking about sending it back for a refund. Phone was hanging all the time especially with sms and calls and I also had the reboot loop problem. The only things I miss from the acer rom is the contacts and phone apps and the calendar. Also the update gpspositions app would be nice to have. Is there anyway to get theese apps as cabs and install in this rom ?
