In-Call Volume (SPVM2000) - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi,
For whatever reason that when in-call, the person to whom I am talking cannot hear my voice despite the volume settings indicating that it should.
Is this a software or hardware error and can it be fixed?
rom version 1.40.00 WWE
ROM DATE 03/10/05
Radio version : 1.06.02
Protocol version : 1337.38
ExtRom version :1.40.179 WWE

thats a software issue, many WM2003SE suffered from it.
yes, it can be fixed, it need a patch.

Thanks - from where, please, do I get this patch?

HELP! Microphone shut-off/power-safe during calls

I just bought the Qtek 9090 about a week ago. Great machine, but calling is aweful. I have the same problem that I read about somewhere else on the net: during calls the microphone shuts off when I don't talk. When I start talking there is a short delay I guess, which makes the connection sound cracky or interrupted to the other person on the line. Is this a known issue to anyone here? Is this a software or hardware prob? Should I send it back? Will they be able to repair it, exchange it or do nothing at all? Please reply quickly. I need to know what to do in order to send it back in time! Thx a bunch!

This sort of problem has been discussed in detail in this forum. What you need is to update your Radio to version 1.06.02. This hopefully solves the problem for you.
