As many of you like my Comm Manager style I decided to post here the new version that will be in my next ROM, which includes a nice feature to switch between 2G/3G band simply by tapping the 3G button!

Assume that Comm Manager is totally closed before installing the new one. To be sure, look in Settings > Memory.

I use BandSwitch as I like the timer feature to automatically switch back to 2.5g after x minutes.
Is there a reg entry I can edit to point the button to bandswitch?

Just kidding, I think your CommManager looks great (even in Purple). I like how you put the internet and messaging on there. You would would think someone would have thought about that originally. You should work for HTC setting up ROM usability.

I don't know why you like so much those black themes... I think that's a pity, we have a colorful screen! But it's a personnal point of view...
So, to make everybody happy, I released a black version!
(Don't worry if the third screenshot is in french, the CAB is in english version but I installed it on my french ROM.)

Don't worry man, i love your theme, even purple is so much better to see in the daylight then the black themes It's also allot easier to keep clean then black

For LVSW Edition , yes, can just use the same Phone skin cab files as we did for WM5.

PaulyA skin does not support video call and smart dialing, so i don't think it is fully support LVSW Edition.
If u need big keys, it is possible to make this version be usable on LVSW Edition.

I like this skin too but I don`t like the big number buttons that covers up the names in smart dialing...is there any reg key that disable the dialpad skin?

I have the March 13th version of the LVSW WM6 ROM. I have never loaded a phone skin before I would like to know how I can load the one posted by nt007 at the top of this thread, or a similar one, on to my phone. Can this be done? How do I get started? Thanks!

Hello thank you for that cab I was looking exactly for that, is there a diffrent color theme for this ? because with smartdial when contacts come up you can see them cuz the names are in white and the background is white . Thanks in advance

This is a beatiful looking dialer but unfortunately lacks 2 core features I have gotten used to using Black's rom - the 'down' scroll wheel to get the Speed Dial list and the ability to use the scroll wheel 'click' to dial.
Are these configurable options?

I like the pictures, but when I install the dialer it doesn't look like that. It has a flat look with a gray background with grey buttons and black text.
Any thoughts.

Very nice. Two questions though. One, is that your own background? Two, what skin and how did you install it for the upper and lower bars?
Whoa.. OK.. Hold up... Jakaroe808 = JPL4 = PaulyA.com... I have no clue what my WM5 dialers will do to your WM6 device so at this point I would not recommend them.. Unfortunately I do not own a Video equipped Hermes (I'm on an 8525) so I have had no opportunity to design skins for it.. I have however put together one skin for WM6 which can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=306692
I can also take some requests if anyone is looking for general themes with simple backgrounds.. Please let me know.. I know my site has been untouched for some time but hope to have it updated soon.. Poof..... Steppin Out...

The diference is the dialer... one that has a button to enable video call and a new window that shows the video images with brigthness zoom and other options....
and the other one dont has this window and the button I think is for video call makes the call button function too.

I can't find the way to change 3G/G, apart from phone settings.

Yeah sure, in registry, go to..
"HKLM\SYSTEM\GWE\Menu\BarFnt"
Here you will find a few interesting keys,
"It" for Italic (default: 0, set to 1 to enable)
"Nm" for Name (default: Tahoma)
"Ht" for Font-height (default: 800)
"Wt" for Font-weight (default: 700)
So, what you wanna do is change the Nm key to either "HelveticaNeue LT 35 Thin" or "HelveticaNeueOTS", depending on which of the Manila fonts you want. And also, you may want to decrease the Wt key value to make the font "thinner", and decrease the "Ht" key value to make it "smaller".

The graphic behind the winlogo/OK/cancel -buttons (which I have changed in this thread) is the same one for all three, nothing I can do there sorry. You could however change the icons themselves, i.e. make the winlogo red instead of white, and so forth. This requires some DLL editing though, and I won't be getting into that now, sorry.
Search the forum for "windows icon edit" or something, and in that DLL you will most probably find the OK and X button as well if you want to edit them.
Okey. Sounds a bit too hard for me but maybe one day .

Hello i made litle Theme for Windows Mobile 6.5.X witch include some new Style Buttons, Bars and Wallpaper.
The Softkeybar is with Carbon effect and look very cool on the device, also the buttons are Black glossy with some shadow and when the button is clicked.. mean active the Button become a light neon Blue, when the Button become Disabled like you can see from the Images will become RED and will remind you that this Button is not ACTIVE anymore.
The Wallpaper is my creaton.. is something like Desire Wallpaper with added some Mesh and i think look cool.
Note that the Wallpaper is made with HD Wall and is made for 2.1 Sense Manila.. so if you are with diferent Manila the Wallpaper will not work for you.

I haven't downloaded the theme myself (not exactly my style), but would like to give you a "thumbs up" anyway -- I have seen most of your other works and they are quite good!
Actually I'm surprised to hear you've done it all in paint! If I may give you a suggestion -- you should try Paint.NET (http://www.getpaint.net) -- it's FREE and really super easy to use.

Looks great although I use 6.1 due to not really liking the look of the buttons in the 6.5.5 versions and the slowness of Manilla 2.5

I dont like Manila 2.5 for this reason i use 2.1
I can tell you that this ROM im using is really FAST and smooth the 2.1 Sense is 2 times faster than the 2.5
So you dont have what to lose just try it
