this message only comes (according to my experience) when you are using the application PrayerToday. this application is great in everything, except of that message that you have to ignore if you want to use the application.
a solution would be to set all your time and date settings to the same settings as in this application. i.e. if your device time and date settings are set to USA while you're living somewhere else, you are going to get this message 5 times per day

Hi, I have an unlocked dash that I'm using with Cingular and everytime I restart it, I get this text message from 1121611611 and it says:
"453 Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code. 06050415CC15CC60D8"
I'm using the T-mobile WM6 rom that they released. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?
On a side note, also whenever I restart my phone, the ring tone goes back to the default "Ring-WindowsMobile" instead of the ring tone I had selected before I restarted my phone. Any ideas? Thanks!
the text message is from your my fav 5 trying to check in with T-Mobile on every restart. because you are on Cingular it is giving you this error. you need to look in your "Start Up" folder and delete the Myf5.lnk file. this is not an easy task. it is a read only file. i had luck turning off the data and push then renaming the file then deleting it.
good luck
actually, its pretty easy to delete.
using celetask, change the settings to show exlude. restart the device then go into celetask and stop the my five app from running. you can then go and delete it.
im a new DHD user...i dont know where I have missed during the initial set up. I've been using this phone for a week now and it keeps on giving me this error:
--------------------
!Set Current Time
Unable to detect your current time zone.
-------------------
I have already set mine at GMT +08:00
my DHD keeps on telling me the same error message.
anyone please?
This normally happens when the network does not provide time. Or if you have no SIM card in it.
There is an option under the Date & Time settings to change it to manual.
Recently I've found that my phone's clock is incorrect after I reboot it. I can't say for sure when it started but it definitely wasn't like this when I first flashed my phone a few months ago.
Date is set correctly, but time is always 3 minutes later. eg: I rebooted my phone, and it says the time is 8:32 while the real time is 8:29. I tried to turn off "Automatic date & time" in settings and set clock to correct time, turned on air plane mode then reboot, again I got the date correct but time off by 3 minutes after the phone booted into system.
I rebooted into TWRP, both date & time is incorrect there. I checked hwclock and it's at "Sun Jan 3 02:00:56 1971" which is consistent with the incorrect date & time in TWRP. I tried to update hwclock (hwclock -w) in both OmniRom and TWRP, none is successful (Invalid argument)
How can I fix this? I used to have "Automatic date & time" turned on but even when I've used the phone for a while the clock is still incorrect. This is kinda critical for me as I need to keep the time in sync with ntp with no more than 1 minute offset.
hey guys, today i flashed another lineageos16 nightly and accidentally i took a screenshot. in the log, and there was Something Like: Screenshot saved in /Data/media/0/Pictures/Screenshots/1972-xx-xx.png
But we Know, it isnt 1972 and if i boot Into Android, the time there was "13/03/2019". but in My log ist Something Like 1972. My Problem: i cant send Media in WhatsApp. i googled, and another forum says it may be that an incorrect date has been set(like the Twrp Log) and the wrong Date could be the reason for Not sending the media. can anyone Help me?
thanks

Only thing i can think of:
Have you tried setting the correct timezone in TWRP?
Settings -> Touch the globe and set your language -> Touch the clock icon -> set your correct timezone (chooche DST if your country has it) And select offset if needed.
Go back and restart to system
After I've rooted my phone, I've disabled Show Caller ID(so that others can't see my phone number), and now I cannot enable it; It shows an error "Unexpected response from network" I tap Ok and another error pops out "Network or SIM card error".
I've tried to reset the dialer app and it changed nothing(about the error).
But one thing that I wasn't able to do is to locate directly where this setting is stored(in the directory), and it has something to do with my phone number, since whenever I use a different SIM it enables Caller ID; While still being unable to access the setting itself -- uses default.
Or are there other ways to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
You'll need to talk to your cellular service provider to reset this if you see that error.
