Thank you so much for your efforts and willingness to share with us all - BUT...
Please guys, have mercy on those of us who are really stretched to follow your admirable efforts.....
Please modify the install instructions for the updaters you do, so we know which bits are relevent to which file. Also hints as to which WM5 update is preferable or not (for beginners to whom its all Greek, even if you've read the forum docs).
Even if its: "Skip steps 2-3", or "EXTROM mods done".
It is really hard to dig for all this given the warning about flashing the device etc. It would be a great blessing and help our confidence of you could include an instructions update with the files.
thanks again for your efforts,
Paul D

Hi there!
any one know how to Removing OEM Apps from an official ROM? Please help.
I learned how to cook, add OEMs, and stuffs. I want to learn how to take some of those I dont need out... For that I could get the rom I actually want and meet my needs....
Or any or are there any other threads that are the solutions for this. Please guid me to it ..
Thanks ALOT!
only advice i can give: stay away from official roms.
get kitchen for your machine and start to learn how WM's made. Just read tutorials, build your first one, and trim it slowly(make backups!).
i can guarantee, that you may remove many things even from so called "clean roms".
Nobody will give you point-to-point manual...
Oh!..
Thanks for the advice... so the Tutorial you mentioned was the WIKI?
I acutally cooked some rom with the Official Rom as the baseROM... there is something... just some thing to take out...
^^
So I created these instructional videos to help newbies out with loading ROMs etc.
TO ADVANCED USERS: I know that these procedures are not new but the instructional videos have seemed to help a lot of newbies and I think it would benefit anyone weary of attempting these procedures.
Please don't post how this is old news, I am well aware. These are just for newbies to help them get started. It also should help eliminate newbies asking the same questions over and over as most are answered right under the videos, and I'm sure you'll appreciate that
MODERATOR: Please sticky or add to any tutorial threads for the sake of the newbies.
Hope this helps some people out! Enjoy!
If anyone wants me to do any other videos in particular please let me know.

Going through and trying to figure out which programs would help me root my Ninetology were a serious pain. From articles in Malay, Chinese, and English, I went through many pains to get it done. I want to share where I found the information to succeed. They wouldn't let me post outside links so I'm putting the instructions on my Ninetology's Facebook page. Message me for instructions.
I see a lot of root request from the users. Actually I'm also looking for the solution. Surely, it was a hell of pain!
Can anyone please provide a proper, elaborate guide for compiling roms for miatoll tree? Have time in lockdown and eager to learn the process.
The guides on google are way too generic or backdated. I guess it'll help many people like me if some DEVS took the time to write a guide which shall in turn, in my opinion promote more development.
This video can help you, checkout this one and Part-2 also. The person compiled ROM for Mido (I guess). But you don't have to do much changes and many things will be same as mido.

i would like that too if some pro dev did a small basic guide as most of the guides are old now i know the basics of compiling and some other stuffs but that's the end of it nothing more.
