You can PM me your emailadress and i will add it... I cannot garantuee, that it works, becaus I just check for a special word. If that is kept, then no alarm-mail will be send, but technically it should work.
It's a php script, so simply posting the script wouldn't help you much. In addition it is run by a cronjob... However I'm willing to add you to the mail list will check this thread in about 5 hours, after i got my sleep. Maybe the update is already released by then

No, I mean a real Today plugin. It shows as follows:
Missed calls: N
Where N represents a number of missed calls.
this may not be what you are looking for but o2 plus has a today plugin that will show the last call whether missed or dialed... it has a ton of good plugins in it.. if you want it just do a general search for o2 plus

Many thanks. I will give it a try tomorrow. My JasJam is being tested overnight with Exchange 2007 for seeing the new features supported with WM6
I use DKToday - It dhows your network and signal strength, the days missed calls, days talk time, months talk time and months txts sent as well as having a little icon that turns bluetooth on and off.
Takes up double the room of the new messages today plugin and shows more than you're after, but maybe worth a look if the other info is of interest.

its a decent app that has tons of different today plugins, even has so that you can schedule different ringer profiles... but glad it did the trick!

This seems to be an earlier version of O2 Plus, the one a recall on the O2 Atom had options of modifying the font size and so on in the setup.

To remove plug-ins don't you just go to "Start>Settings>today" then choose the "Items" tab and unselect the plug-in you want removed from the today screen.
If you want to remove the whole plug-in and it's program, just uninstall the program from the "remove programs" application. (under the "System" tab in settings)

Anyone know when the official HTC TyTN WM6.0 will be ready for download? I like the sexy body of TyTN rom, slim and less rubbish. Latest WM5.0 ROM VER.2.11 will give you nearly 51MB free ROM and 31MB RAM, running stably. Even i updated Dopod (SG) WM6.0 but not statified since there are lots of rubbish and having pity small free ROM and RAM.
Look forwarding to SLIM and STABLE TyTN official WM6.0

The ROM released earlier this week was the DOPOD 838 Pro Official ROM...NOT the HTC TyTN ROM which the OP was referring to.
@albao....Give me a sec i will check and see if HTC has a ROM to download yet....
EDIT: Looks like there isnt a HTC ROM available to download yet.....not surprised. Im sure one will leak to us soon.

Just wondering (honest question): is the the real site?
I mean, I also check http://smart-phones.be (registration required), and it offered a ROM update (RUU_Hermes_QTEK_WWE_2.11.255.1_104_6275_1.38.00.10_108_Ship.exe) TYTN that was (and still is) not listed on the europe.htc site... So I'm keeping an eye on both sites.
So far no luck though...

right now the closest youd get to a HTC Branded WM6 OS would be to
1. Install either the Dopod, AT&T, or O2 Germany Release
2. When the screen comes up "Customizing now", immediately Soft-Reset
That doesnt allow it to do its branding of the phone - so itd be the closest thing to OEM WM6
Well,i'm sure many fans have flashed your OS to 6.5 on your herme. Yesterday, new core of 21176 was distributed for HERMS. I'd downloaded it and upgrade my phone's OS. The new core satisfys me,because it runs faster than the of 21159 or 21169. We can use our finger to touch the start menu easily, it slips more fluent than before.Maybe that is because the drive of the new UI has been improved.

Thanks Josh for another Fine piece of "rommery" I dont think I could live without my exchange server though. dont think ive had to resync my contacts, emails etc quite so many times in a week. i am installed this rom ,its work but no write pad!!
I loaded the rom. works very nicely until i went to reset it using the reset. Now it's all white screen and black screen when i try to boot up any ideas how to fix it?
TAI SW had 6.5 too
try to PM TAI...he had WM6.5 21176 built to. you just have to PM him and he will show the link to get it....
I had it now in my hermes..runs smoothly......
WM 6.5 Features
I have tried Josh's 6.5, and very impressive it is too. One major plus is that it syncs with Vista, with no problems.
However, it seems to me that it is lacking one key feature, that is the ability to dial your favourite contacts by tapping a thumbnail picture of them. This is available in HTC Home, and Manilla 2D, as a tab, but I could not see a similar feature on 6.5.
Has anyone found this facility in 6.5?

DO NOT use the shutdown or reset function given in this build. it'll permanantly screw up your hermes until you do a hard reset. You can't even boot up properly after that...

hehe - had difficulty downloading the first time you posted only to find out i juse needed to change ./zh-cn/. to ./en/.
Initial Observations
Hey Slimli - finally was able to "steal" my stealth back to try out your ROM. No problem in flashing.
Most of my observations on 21501 has disappeared .
And I noticed that now it has a Connection Wizard - and it's not O2 - seems like HTC's isn't it?
The problem I reported about the "Unknown Caller" when recieving calls has disappeared - although I suspect I may have forgotten to remove the "prefix" on 21501.
Still no SIM Toolkit - but I can live with it - my wife doesn't use it much.
You have turned off "Show SIM Contact" by default - I tweaked it to show them again - not a big issue really.
No IE 6 yet? I suppose it eats up alot of resources? - again not a big issue really
I have not encounter any untranslated words on the phone yet so that's a good sign.
Overall, I see no other issues and my wife has been using it for the past 3 days - so far, no complaints from her - mind you, she's more meticulous than I am. But because of the ease of use of the interface, she's having fun. (Especially since I placed her picture with the kids as a wallpaper - so she really loves it - from standby all the way up to today, she sees herself with the kids) - so I guess it paid off "risking" the flash
good work slimli - hope this would boost your morale a bit

I dought it, 'cause first off, there's no official wm6.5 , so how can there be a wm7.0 update, and maybe an 3VO, not even close, unless they stole the rom's name from oOkBa himself.
Ookba created the name of 3VOlution Roms, so i don't see how you could have a 3VO update unless coming from oOkBa.
Every single 6.5 rom running on ppc's or smarphone's are all beta, all of them.
Further more if M$ ever get off their a$$ and release a true official Windows Mobile Rom update for the 6.1 , either a 6.5 or a 7.0, it won't be for the Dash/Excalibur, it will be for a much newer device with a much faster processor and lots more ram. Shoot go ask ookba how hard was for him to get the wm6.5 to work as smooth as it does now on the dash.
no. no . i haven't link! It was a warning message on my s620 ,but i was ay work so i ignored it!! It was happen the same in August..and in fact after some days Evo rom 2.50 was out! I don't know exactly why!

I think he's forgetting something, before M$ releases any rom, it will be here, being used by us, as we are the beta testers
I do not know why but I swear .. is the second time that this happens!
and every time I'm busy and I can not understand the meaning of the message because i press dismiss this

I also thought that maybe this is a message on the wm 6,5 official rom based...somehow reach users of that ROM!!

Ookba created the name of 3VOlution Roms, so i don't see how you could have a 3VO update unless coming from oOkBa.
Every single 6.5 rom running on ppc's or smarphone's are all beta, all of them.
Further more if M$ ever get off their a$$ and release a true official Windows Mobile Rom update for the 6.1 , either a 6.5 or a 7.0, it won't be for the Dash/Excalibur, it will be for a much newer device with a much faster processor and lots more ram. Shoot go ask ookba how hard was for him to get the wm6.5 to work as smooth as it does now on the dash.

I have an official WM 6.5 ROM not yet released for the Maple. To be honest, it sucks. It looks excatly like WM 6.1 that shipped with the Maple with 2-3 extra apps and Windows Skymarkey that doesn't even work yet. No Titanium, nothing worth an upgrade. Lol.
Also, the only HTC devices scheduled for an official WM 6.5 update are the HTC Maple (SNAP, Dash3G), HTC Cedar (Ozone), and HTC Willow (HTC Snap S511).

Even this time message said: "Avaiable new update for wm 6.5, check it out"!!!
Even this time i cannot checked it online cause no money on sim card!!!!
still have my doubts about your these periodic messages !!!

possibly you have Text alerts/subscribed to a forum.
and every-time there is post you get a text.

Well, I don't know about this ... but I definitely will go with Vonrottes post. Maybe it's spam. Also, remember that evo roms doesn't have any windows update features in their rom versions so far...if I can recall. Regarding your screenshots get smartoolkit it has a very simple feature to capture a screenshot in your mobile or google it to find other app in the web.
