T Mobile MDA Vario unlock code required please

Hi,
I have a T Mobile MDA Vario with IMEI number 356381000395776.
Could someone please be kind enough to tell me how to unlock it or send me instructions via email. [email protected]

There's a little link at the top of the page that says search
click it and search for vario and unlock.
It may not reveal the secrets of the cosmos but it would answer your question much quicker and avoid pissing people off!

this is very true. Unfortunately, I've been stuck at work since 7am this morning on a Computer and mobile phone helpdesk, and i am suffering from call center tourettes at the moment!
After four years in the place, you tend to get a bit jaded and easily pissed off, especially early on a saturday morning when you should still be in bed with the missus!

Install Tilt WinMob 6.1 on 8525 what if?

What would happen if I attempted to download (from htc) and install the windows mobile 6.1 update for the tilt on my 8525? I am currently running SPL-2.10.Olipro.. do you thing it would brick the phone? I mean why wouldn't it work? The tilt is a 400mhz process same as the 8525.. only added features on the tilt is the GPS and auto focus camera...Any thoughts? yes I am a noob.

you are welcome to be the first one to try! such old questions that has been answered many many times.

i am not talking about cooked versions.. I am talking about OEM. I rather not be the first one to try but technically what would happen?

first of all the RAM and ROM size is different, it will turn your hermes to a brick ... but again, you're more than welcome to be the first one to try.

well then that is all I needed to know. That is the reason why I can not do it.. cause the ram and the rom size is different. Thank You.

The RUU original will tell you ERROR (XXXX) Wrong device or wrong ID or wrong ROM Update Utility
God Damn!!! but if you try to extract the NBF from the exe with winrar...
maybe it's named Ruu_signed.nbf for Hermes... or its calle NK.nbf as in Wizard or maybe is called Dont_extract_me_fool.nbf
Maybe yopu can rename it to RUU Signed.nbf and put it on RUU Wrapper and run it!!!
I know a guy that has an Universal and flash a Custom rom for Wizard on its...
OBVIOUSLY it is bricked!!!! a blank screen only! no Bootloader no hardreset.

I know that this has been answered--NO but I thought you might like to know a bit more.
1--The hermes uses a completely different chipset and video set up.
2--the ROM and RAM sizes are completely different. The tilt has more than two times the amount that the hermes has
3--The Hermes is a single processor device running a 400Mhz as you stated but the tilt is a dual processor device --one running the os and the other handling the calls to hardware such as the radio and gps.
4--The devices take completely different drivers. You should have researched the specs before asking this type of question.
Finally, winmobile is not like xp. It is not built to handle any hardware you through at it. It is very customized for the hardware on which it is installed. It has to be to fit in the small storage on these devices.
There are 6.1 versions of cooked roms already for the hermes. just use one of those! Better yet, don't ever flash your device because ...well I am sure you can figure out the rest of that sentence!

Tilt is very old phone...
Tilt rom!? such a old phone. Why would you install old phone rom on your nice hermes? Try some new rom ... I know, why don't you try the Diamond rom? I like that one . let us know how it works... Hey, and welcome to XDA forum... allways good to have a another new cook.

I realize that y'all become impatient and annoyed with noobs, but this very question is what led me to this site in the first place. I apologize that I'm just a concerned and inexperienced consumer trying to gain knowledge from the best source I can find online, and that I haven't really mastered searching this site as well as everyone else to find the answers to my dilemma.
I have an AT&T 8525 and HTC told me that they aren't going to do any more updates, and also, no, I can't download the Tilt ROM onto my phone. In fact, they planned to pull the WM 6 ROMs off their site on October 31. I just rechecked the HTC site this evening, and they've removed *all* updates for the 8525 from the page I used to visit. So if I brick my phone by doing some silly noob thing, I can't even go back and get the old WM 6.0 ROM.
I've already had the opportunity to see the new AT&T Fuze since it hit the stores yesterday, but I'm wary of buying it the minute it comes out. I would prefer to lurk for a while and see what the rest of y'all have to say in the Raphael forums before I spend the money.
Please be charitable to people like me who are just trying to be cautious. I love the phone I have because it's been very reliable, but yet it's obvious that there is a "planned obsolescence" for the 8525. Meanwhile, I'm just looking here for something I can do to get WM 6.1 for my 8525 until I'm satisfied that they've gotten the bugs out of the Fuze. I think there's still plenty of life left in my 8525 and you might say I just want to renew my love affair with it.
OK, noob rant over..thanks for your consideration!

Step 1... Install Hard SPL V7 onto your 8525. It helps recover your Hermes if it does go south while doing the update.
Step 2... Look at the WM06 section of the forum. Just about ALL the roms displayed there at the moment are Wm6.1. Read the Chefs writeup about their ROM and see if you like it.
If you did a search with the keywords "Hermes roms" it may have led you back to the original stock ROMs and cooked ROMs. These are pretty old now though.

It doesn't hurt to actually get your own library of ROMs, I made sure I have my stock Telstra rom stored on my hard drive. Since you knew that the stock ROM you use was about to be pulled you should've downloaded it so if something does go wrong you actually have it and don't remain victim to HTC's will. Now it may be harder to find the stock rom you use...

Sounds like you didn't follow the flashing guide, did you install the keymap for your loaction? US, UK in sig, the Dash you have is the same as the all the rest just has a black shell and a difference on the keypad and is not a Dash2.

Im the idiot no the people that want to buy it for 400.00 dollars are the idiots and yes it is the dash 2 not just a black dash it doesnt come standard with that bull**** 5.0 operating system it comes with the bull**** 6.0 and there are many of differences and no this isnt the first time i have flashed a rom to the dash its the third the previous two times it worked fine and i did not change a thing about it so i am glad everyone who posted has the new dash and has tried the kavanna 6.1 rom on it to see if it works there is so much different on this phone compared to the old s620 and like i said i did not do a thing wrong it worked fine all the way up to where i needed to text and it didnt recongnize my keyboard if you would like for me to make a video of me doing it again and showing every step of the process i will and then you can tell me that i was right and didnt do anything wrong ok ? ok so why dont you stupid ****s like the guy gixxum smoke my pole go actually buy a suzuki because you probably dont have one just yearn for people to think your mr.cool guy 2000 because your name is gixxum then after that guy buy the new dash and try it your self and then come talk to me

You are a hypocriticall asshole i did not ask for money i need money ************ and go to craigslist and look at the date i posted the DASH on there and compare it to the date on here i am keeping the phone and i do need help because i am not happy with 6.0 so why don't you put your silly brain to work and see what you can do i was not trying to show off only trying to get the point across i had to take two pages of jokes because its not the dash 2 and its the same **** wrong on both it is the dash 2 and will not work with kavanna 6.1 i give you propz because you do help alot of people on here but instead of trying to figure out the problem i might be having like an adult you instead make silly little jokes the get mad when i comeback with jokes so why don't you ask your self what you can do to help me and maybe i will help you with something you may need in the future such as anything involving a broken computer or something like that ok so if you need to know all the info about my phone and take the oppurtunity to figure out this new dash because it is so much different from the first in a number of ways and if and when you do i will say thanks and then you will have all the right to make fun of me any time you want because then you will be right because you figured out the problem but for now you are wrong and kavanna 6.1 is not operational at this time on the new dash so there is the challenge do you accept it or are you gonna keep going around making fun of people that are simply just asking a question not being stupid just asking for help and you turn them down and say **** you to them yeah thats the kind of person i would like to know ( cough cough) thank you and good bye

alright guys this is waaay out of cotrol! i'm not posting as much as i used to, but i STILL do read the threads daily. watch your tongues.
To the OP, there is no DASH 2, just a reimaging of the original DASH. Same hardware, with new eyeshadow, and different default ROM. Others here do have the same DASH as you do and have reported no issues with KAVANA's or any of the other 6.1 ROMS released here.

Will these ROMs work on the AT&T version of the Rhodium (Tilt2) when it comes out next month? They just look too good to pass up?! I really don't want T-Mobile since the coverage sucks a fat one in my area but I do want these ROMs when I get my phone! This is the best forum I've ever seen!

Yes, they will. Just not for Verizon or Sprint yet. You'll need the HardSPL found in the stickies at the top brfore you can load them.

I try lots of apps, but they not work.
I read threads but all pay for a unlock code.
there exists a unlock generator ?

Are you trying to SIM Unlock your TMOUS Rhodium?

If you want your phone SIM unlocked, pay the money to support those who put in the time and effort towards this.

I have my sim unlocked, but I find a pity that now everybody make in his hose when i wont it for free, i had a mda pro, everybody help everybody, now you can forget that. People cracking games, windows, Linux. Programs etc. .. Nobody wants a money, they get it from this homepage, and at the team, now everyone wants to have a money for a little ****.
and everyone thinks : pay for a simunlock is just stupid, everyone who not want to help debit die, everyone must help in this scene . Who still wants to help me yet, for others write me, or write her for the other people, to help him, a unlock code is not illegal, it is legal.

heres the problem. to do all this stuff, it takes time and energy of people who have other things to do in their lives. so in order to keep them happy and keep doin what they do, a few bucks here and there is appreciated. you come here with your 3 or 4 posts asking for somthing for free and get mad with the responses.

For starters, thanks for the IMEI, anyone who wants to use this site for bad purposes now can use your IMEI... Better not to show it...
Read through the Hard SPL thread... You don't need to pay for the 1st rhodium you unlock, only if you unlock more than 1. Besides, 4 bucks is nothing...
Read through the instructions, ask for help on the Hard SPL thread, there are a heap of people who will help you there.
