took old tmobile blue homescreen did some editing and came up with this used the background from staulkor's from howard so kudos but i did edit the screens to work nicley here is a pic for some reason the one from staulkors kept showing the myfavs bubbles on screen so all i did was use the same background and edited the tmobile blue.xml to look like this first one i did so im still trying to figure out how to do this also have the black scheme to go with if anyeone is interested. what you all think??

really all i did was i found the one posted under black jack but for some reason myself and others the myfaves keeped turning on so all i did was edit the t-mobile blue xml and added the background from blackdash in it there where some commands where missing in the blackdash theme i downloaded like i said it came from staulker i belive none the less thanks for letting me know

I never seen a homescreen for s620 with that customized images.
So the result is e.g. grey theme, but still the default green calling dialog images.

here it is the home screen i posted that i edited along with the blackscheme cab file to make it look like all black.
to make all black you homescreen layout needs to be at Grey Dash and your color scheme at black bars and your background image to default.
to get the all grey look color scheme and background set to default

Hello all,
You may have seen my earlier thread with the modified color clock digits for the HTC Home Plugin. Well, I just can't leave well enough alone! This started off as JUVS color version of the Kaiser Home Plugin. I took some of the icons from JUVS version and some from Schaps. Then I made the 'unselected' ones dark and lit up the selected one with a bright spotlight. I also changed the house colors a bit and turned it to face the other side. Just didn't seem right with a blue roof . I like it better now and I hope you do too, see screenshots attached.
To install:
First install JUVS Kaiser Home Plugin, color version, see the CAB file later in this thread. Then go in and make sure the plugin is unchecked in Settings, Today, Items. Make a backup of the HH_FW*.* and HH_HOME*.* files in your Windows folder for safe keeping. Then copy the contents of the ZIP file attached to the Windows folder on your device (not the zip itself, extract the contents) replacing the same-named files. Reselect the plugin and take it for a spin. Love it? Good! Hate it? Restore the original set of icons and associated files or reinstall.
By the way, the colored clock digits I made for the original HTC plugin work perfectly here too. Copy them over the same way if you like. You can find them in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=314510
And, that reminds me, I figured out the bezel issue affecting some of the icons in the files I put out for the original HTC Home Plugin. For those who were bugged by that issue I am attaching a bezel fix ZIP file that will correct the issue and leave a nice transparent icon background in keeping with the them of that set of files. You could use this fix on this Kaiser version as well and it will remove the spotlight from the selected item without affecting the colors and brightness/darkness differentiating selected and unselected. You just have to see it to see if you like it.

This is meant as a mod for the JUVS color version of the Kaiser Home Plugin. It brings the color icons that you are missing. You should install that first, then copy these icons over. I'm including the CAB file here in case others need it also...

This is great, thanks! Removing the bevel was part of the things I wnated to change about this plugin. What I would really love to be able to do now is completely remove the useless highlight that appears over the icons when they are selected - is this possible?
edit: just to be clear from the post above ... the highlight I mean is not contained in the images, I mean the OS highlight that appears over the images themselves when selected.
Also, for me personally, it would be great to be able to change the colour of the font used - if I change the colour of the clock images, then the font stay white which looks inconsistent to my fussy brain!

That highlight pi$$es me off too, what I always wanted to do was have the icons in greyscale and then make them bright color when selected, with no highlight around them. But that highlight seems to be built into the code. As far as the text color, Zoharbl said in my previous thread that you can change the text color for each Today screen item with a program called Today Agenda, but I haven't tried it to see if it works on the text on the top of the HTC Plugin. I didn't particularly care for the blue on the Kaiser dialer, so, I changed it. Figured one or two of you all might like what i did. Sorry if some think this is a useless thread creation. Hope some enjoy. Simply copy the attached four files to your windows directory on your phone. Soft reset and voila!, no more blue.... be sure and back up the files on your phone if you want to go back to blue.

Note: The png files are "hidden" files... you may have to "show hidden files" on your computer in order to have them show up. I didn't mess with the attributes as I didn't want to screw up the dialer. Will attach screen shot in next post.

Colour gradient
You da man. The blue just does not go with JJ Black.
Now as your next assignment, can you make the new gray screen have the same kind of diffused colour gradient as the original blue one rather than just being flat grey?
In case I'm not explaining myself properly, I mean that the original blue screen was lighter in the middle of the screen and gradually got darker towards the edges. Then your creation would be just perfect.

Use gsfinder (or do it from activesync--->explore like i did works fine but you need to reset your phone afterwards

I took Bennec83's today screen and turned it into a pretty dialer for my phone. I really just dont like the dark dialer. Anyway, you have to copy the files in the zip into your windows directory then soft reset the phone. NOTE: YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THIS DIALER UNLESS YOU BACK UP YOUR FILES FIRST. I DO NOT KNOW IF REINSTALLING THE TOUCH DIALER OVER THIS ONE WILL FIX IT.

Theme is from originally from Trinity and has been slightly tweaked by Pawel062 (great job by the way!). It's probably my favorite look for the phone.
following Pawel062's advice will get you the correct blue colors as he suggest below.
actually that theme is from the trinity rom UDK. and u should have more blue bars. thats a problem u get after going from say windows default to this theme. go to a black theme like htc default then back and ull have the blue bars. the screenshows of that theme are made from my phone and my own cooked rom so they really are from my theme but that aint important. nice dialer by the way. will try it out later!

how about a comm mananger, pin pad, media player skin, audio manager skin, pocket cm skin, and streaming media skin like this dialer. would then make cabs and we can have a great blue iu instead of black touch/kaiser

The Comm manager is actually setup quite the same as the dialer. It wouldn't be al that hard especialy if hma4's method works for this as well. I've never messed with the other skins though. When I had my phone completely "Coordinated," i was using a zombinexus today screen with zombinexus dialer and the nice finger based contact manager by tene' all with the same background.. made for a very nice, well rounded feeling phone.

well for pressed buttons you have to make them individually so i just used the original pressed buttons, they are kinda silver ish , but it's still all good just try the dialer skin , you will see
and yes you can do the same thing for com manager too ! although i didn't touch mine cause I've flashed a new rom which is not touch style anymore
As promised here's what I was able to come up with for a WM7 look theme, for our beloved Sliding Panels
If you want this look, install the .cab below. If you don't like it, uninstall the cab. Simple as that.
Any ideas for improvement are, of course, welcome!
p.s. The cab should prompt you to reboot after it installs. Please reboot to see the changes.
p.s.s Cab updated to include the prettier time icon shown in the screenshots.
Uploaded variations to the defaut cpanels. A light blue and a purple version. Install using the .cabs below and your panels will change colors after a reboot
CAB updated for better handling of appointments with a lot of text.

I COULD make the panels clear. I was thinking of making them a little more "airy" and having a bolder backdrop effect, to simulate the effect of the panel gliding over the background.
Didnt have enough room to upload the centered cabs in the main post, so here they are. These will change the clock panel slightly, to center the operator name and the wifi networks, on the screen. Enjoy.

Please do a version with clear panels and on with the blue panels that works on multi orientation phones like the Vox and Wings.

oh wait. do u know of any memory loss on this theme? cuz my regular sliding panels, i get noticeable memory loss. like when i reboot, i get like 20mb of free memory right, but maybe few hours later, 15mb free. and it would go down more during 2 or 3 days then i have to reboot to get it back up.

This is CHome with a different look... it's not really a theme. It's just Chome with a different look. So whatever "problems" you had with Chome, you'll have with this look as well. I reboot my phone at least once a day, you don't ?! And who cares if you go down to 15 megs, as long as you're not down to like 1-2.. you're fine.

well, to be able to to play Nintendo and SEGA, i need at least 9-10mb free memory or it'll lag too bad or it wont play at all. and no, i dont reboot once a day. i try to reboot once a week or less.

There must be a generic setting for the highlight colour. My Orbit 2 highlights everything in grey.
