I just got my "MDA-Pro" (HTC Universal) today and as you can see I cant let the old firmware on it.
So t-mobile.de is currently down (why ever...) but I even wanted the original rom from Qtek or whatever.
Anyone has a download link for me or a site where to get it (I can´t get it from the Qtek site cauz my one is branded from t-mobile and it wont take my imei

I have a dopod p100/qtek g100, its not a phone, but its a gps device, i was wondering if anyone had any clue where i could find a rom for it, i found an english one, but it is old and doesnt support the built in gps, so i was wondering if there is anything compatiable. I read around that the rom for the hp 19xx series was compatiable, if so, would anyone know where i would be able to find those roms. thanks for your help.

I upgraded to the new 1.33 rom yesterday and all is great with my T-Mobile Dash, on T-mobile in UK. Wifi and everything is working well.
My only problen is that I've tried to install the WM6 office cab file and skype cab file, and my dash immediately reports installation unsuccessful.
Any ideas why?
I have done a search for this and can't find any posts relating to this.

Got a bit of a problem here, need to send my Exec back to O2, but it's running WM6.
I'm searching the forum/web trying to find an original O2 rom, no luck so far, can anyone help me?

When I'm trying to download a .cab-file with IE in the latest official 6.5 release the downloadmanager renames the extension to .TSK.
The file http://www.cabxpress.mobi/CabXpressInstall.CAB is NOT a .TSK-file.
Anyone encountered this? Is there an solution for this behavior?
I have the TP2 with the european WWE WM6.5 Rom
In IE it works fine: The .cab file is saved as a .cab file.
But when I try the same in Opera, it crashes, and windows wants to send an error report.
Strange...
I got 6.5 swedish version and have the same problem with tsk renaming, I have to rename the downloaded file afterswards in total commander to .cab , then I can install it.
Oh, forgot to mention the ROM I upgraded to....
I'm using the official WinMo 6.5 Swedish ROM aswell!

anyone have a solution? i cant get anything installed cause the handset thinks every cab is a theme (tsk)

Wow still not a single response. I am honestly shocked. Who would have known that a forum full of smart people doesnt have a single person interested in helping users.......
As I said before you can solve the problem with installing software, download the "*.tsk" and rename it to "*.cab" and install it as usual.
But of course it does not solve the main issue, I am also looking for a real solution to this...
