how to unlock XDA II

ROM date: 03/15/04
Radio version: 1.17.00
Protocol version :1337.28
ExtROM version :1.72.181
it is not work in egypt mobil , i get it from frinef from Uk
he ask for unlock code

I need help. I bought a T-mobile MDAIII from a UK ebay seller. I am a US T-mobile subscriber but dont know why my t-mobile sim card does not work for this pda. It ask for unlock code. I buy a software from ebay but still cannot unlock this mda.

Ok, let´s see if I can explain this. I have an Qtek s100. Locked to an operator in Sweden. I need to unlock it but I have searched this site and I don´t find anything that fits this phone. It seems my radio version is old or something. I know how to bootload my phone but has no idea what to do there and how to unlock anything there.
Please explain to me as I am 2 years old .
How do I unlock this phone myself, beacuse I don´t have any money now to do it online.

Until now there is no solution for free to unlock the phone. But i would say, a person who can buy such a device would have some cents to unlock it.....

T-Mobile MDA flashed with I-mate 2.16 ROM, and unlocked?

I have successfully SIM and CID-unlocked a T-Mobile MDA with Lokiwiz02b, and then flashed it with the I-mate 2.16 ROM (oh yeah!). Worked great, but:
In another MDA for another friend of mine, I forgot to SIM-unlock it first, and flashed it right away with the new ROM. Now it seems like Lokiwiz02b is not working with the Imate 2.16 ROM.
Any recommendations for another tool for SIM unlocking?

For some reason EnableRapi.cab is not installed automatically after download. Put EnableRapi.cab onto the phone and tap it. Afterwards lokiwiz will work until the next hard reset

I am looking for the exact same thing, I have a T-Mobile MDA locked and I want to know how to unlock it...
Is it safe to run unlocking softwares like LOKIWIZ or xda2unlock
