I've recentely bought a Quinn Handsfree Car Kit (Wired not bluetooth) for my XDAII. I am using the same speaker that I used to have connected to my Nokia handsfree. With the Nokia it was loud and clear. With the XDAII the volume is extremely low. When volume in the XDAII is set to its Max. The sound is distorted. Anybody out there with same issue or potential solution???

Hi,
I'm after a loudspeaker device for my XDA II to use in the car whilst driving. I already have a cradle in the car (without a speaker) so my thoughts were that I could buy a bluetooth device. I have seen the Jabra P100 model (something like that) which is suppose to be quite good.
Has anybody got one of these or uses another device which will work.
Thanks.
xdaII dont support it
as in audio over bluetooth or A2DP as the profile is called
you can use a fm transmitter like belkin tunecast2
Handsfree speaker
Try www.jabra.com model SP100 Good luck
pls i got jabraBT800 to use with i mate pda2k but it usually disconnects in sleep mood,is this problem related to imate or to the headset? and what headset is good with my pda2k?
I use a Plantronics Discovery 640 headset which seems OK.
Every headset I've tried seems a bit crackly (that's down to the BA I think) but the Plantronics certainly keeps the link up and it very comfortable to use. The kit has a whole range of charging options too, including an AAA cell charger.
I've got no stereo on the HTC3300 with my BT I-tech blueband. Does the HTC has stereo as standard or do I have to tweak the unit and how.
Can someone recommend a Bluetooth to FM speakerphone?
I use a cassette adapter now w/Touch Pro to listen to mp3s/podcasts but would like to cut the cord. An A2DP Bluetooth speakerphone/FM transmitter, that worked well, would be a nice change.
I'm debating between a Blackberry VM-605, Motorola T505 and Jabra SP700.
What do you think?
Thanks!
Motorola MOTOROKR T505 Bluetooth Speakerphone
Jabra SP700 Speakerphone
BlackBerry VM-605 Visor Mount Speakerphone
Satechi also makes an interesting A2DP to FM transmitter
Anyone know of a Bluetooth earpiece headset that has a small jack which would allow adding another earpiece? Or maybe a headset that has two wireless earpices one with mic and speaker for right side and a second with only speaker for leftside??? Obviously I want stereo A2DP Recently started carpooling and have been using wired stereo headset which is a pain to keep the headset untangled. So when I am driving I have one side in (and it is a normal mono headset like the Motorolas I have always used ). When I'm not driving or at the office and want stereo, I can quickly plug in short wire for 2nd earpiece. Then I have full stereo A2DP
There are some similar to this but they plug two-piece headphones into back of bluteooth earpiece (Samsung HM3700 http://www.cellphoneaccents.com/pro...ced-android-functionality-bhm3700ndacsta-.jpg ). This is on the right track, but two much wire.
Result when connected would be something like the Jaybird ( http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/317NnnmQRRL._SL500_AA300_.jpg) or Plantronic Backbeat ( http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31g8azM4++L._SS400_.jpg )
Or can I just embedd these things inside my ears already
