Hi there
A bit of a dumb question, I guess, but be nice. This is my first time on here, and I have only had my Qtek 9090 for just under 24 hours, so here goes.
I have it linked to Bluetooth, so the left hand LED is flashing blue when it is connected. The right hand LED is a bit of a mystery to me, I am afraid. At times it flashes red, and at times it flashes green, and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why it would do either.
Anyone who can put me straight would really be helping me. Do not want to appear like a damsel in distress, but just want to know what the different colours are representing.
Many thanks
Sarah-Jane
Lights on the right are for the phone - Green is good you have reception Red is either battery is flat or you have no reception Please take some time to visit this post by clicking here
Green is normal signal
red is "alert" as : missed call, sms received, battery low,... Can be set in Sounds & notifications 'at least in my qtek 2020)
Amber/orange : charging
RTFM ?
And Purple Means your Colour Blind
About the green LED : I put the thing on my nightstand when I go to bed ... its flashing is kinda disturbing . Is there a way to disable the green LED (without switching the phone part off) ?
Yes there is, but you'll have to temper with the registry of your device under your own responsibility. I tried it on my PDA2k and it worked fine.
1. Use a registry editor (Rsco Explorer has onebuilt in) and go to the following key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Drivers/BuiltIn/NLEDMgr
2. change the Index decimal value from 1 to 0
3. Reset your device (soft reset)
Hope this helps!
Couple of day's ago I tried to disable green LED on the right side of device using easytwak/tweaks2k2 soft and now red LED does not work and green LED is working... Is there any registry tweak or something to bring back my red LED to life? Red LED is very important to me couse It shows me when I have a new SMS or missed call without turning the display on.
Any bright ideas? Thanx!
I have an issue with my LED status light. Basicly my phone crashed and the LCD would not turn on when an alarm went off on my phone in the morning. I had to perform a softreset on the device but now the status LED constantly flashes green as if there is a new notification but there isn't. Is there anyway I can fix this without having to do a hard reset?
have you tried another soft reset to see if it goes away?
Yes I have Lots
I'm having the same problem at the moment too. For about four days now, the green status light will not stop flashing and I don't have any emails, texts etc. Like Bladesharp, I really don't want to do a hard reset. Thanks for your help
I have been having a problem with my LED Light on my Tmobile Touch Pro2. I have EnergyRom. I have tried soft reset as well as hard reset. My LED Light is green all the time except when its low battery and charing then it is orange and when the battery is very low <10% it is red. If anyone has any ideas they would like to share please let me know
TP2 hacked a bit! Somehow disabled the green service LED and the bluetooth blue LED. Have orange and green charging LEDS, but no flashing LEDS.
Have done the usual HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Drivers\BuiltIn\AllLEDMgr set index to 0 and this switches off all LEDs then back to 1 to enable.
Still no flashing service or bluetooth.
Searched forums and can only find ideas to turn them off, nothing about turning them on!
Any help please as spent many hours trying to find what registry value I have
corrupted\changed
