No further testing revealed it wasnt a fix see here

It's not the same report fitty is talking about. In the same forum the same author (Asukal) provides another solution : doesn't it work either ?
Please send feedback if it works (or if not)

Cant confirm
I just cant confirm the reported issue with BT headsets.
I use the MDA III with a Plantronics M 3500 headset without problems.

What did you install in order to listen to music through your BT headset ?
I've been trying this for ages, but it doesn't work on my QTEK 9090.

a2dp is not working. I purchased jabra bt325. Paired it. It only shows handsfree function. Wireless stereo func. is greyed. Tried changing ROMS. Till now tried on 3 ROMS but no use. My device is HTC Artemis.
Plz resolve if possible

hey guys is it possible to play mp3 songs wcich we have on our device play on bluetooth handset .. like playin a song on device and listning on headset ... is it possible in o2 xda exec ? thanx

Yes, but make sure the bluetooth headset is A2DP capable.

is the JAWBONE bluetooth capable of this?

wat is a2dp ? does o2 exec have a2dp ? i mean ive seen moto rokr and i really liked handfree of rokr . will it wrk wid o2 exec ?

A2DP: Advanced Audio Distribution Profile. HTC universal does supports A2DP "So, it will wrk wid o2 exec"
I dont know about moto rokr. Never wasted any energy in finding info about the dumb phones

ya i tried but still having the same problem

i have helmi rom and in the programs theres a wireless stereo program and that allows me to output all sounds through my h700 b4 this i had no idea how to do it on my wizard but my nokia did it stock

Bluetooth "this device does NOT offer any usable services"

Hello everyone .
Last night i bought sony ericsson HBH-GV435 BT headset .
I have Hp ipaq 6955 from rogers .
I tried to synch my handfree with my phone and it gave me the error message : "this device does NOT offer any usable services".
it see the handfree but when i try to connect to it then i get the error message .
Anyone here knows any solution for it ?

Does the SE headset support the handsfree or headset profile?

As I searched the net and red many forums, I think the profile which is set for the handfree is not suported by ipaq6955 .
is there any possibility to create a profile in Ipaq6955 manually to support that handfree or any other tricks ?
the handfree is so comfortable and if someone can help me , i really appriciate it .

can someone tell me if there is any way to upgrade the bluetooth stack or
add a profile to support the bluetooth handfree ?
