Hi all!
I have recently purchased an XDA Mini S with a German ROM version and after my unsuccessful try to convert it into English Rom, the only lines that are displayed on my screen are
RUU
IPL 1.03
SPL 1.03.0000
Please anyone indicate what to do. Is it still possible to install an English ROM on the device? If so, kindly provide guidance.

Depending on the region lock, you may need to 'hack' the region and unlock the phone, then procure an english ROM and reflash the device. I'm sure you can find the details in the Prophet forums.

I found the Zinc Eng WM6 Rom already, but is there any brother can teach me how to flash the rom, since my Zinc is chinese version, when I start the Eng Rom, it will prompt "Cross Language" and then can't upgrade, please help!!!
Now I was fixed it, change the Rom from chinese to english. Thank you for mazi_v help.

Yes. I download the English Rom from mwg. But my device comes with Chinese version no it normally does not allow me to flash it to different language version. Please help if you know some special procedure to flash to different language version.
dunno bout cross language upgrading ... u can try with the mwg rom

So I need to change the ROM to italian 'cause for me its impossible to work with dutch.
This is the first image on phone startup:

If is possible to find a K-JAM italian ROM to install in my O2 XDA Mini S i will be very happy.

i need help to sent my htc touch to warranty, how i reverse the hardspl that i have, and so put the original spl and original rom, i don't know the order of steps to do that and how do.
my htc is the elfin and the hardspl version is 3.10. tks

Before I ask you a question I would like to tell you that i searched in our forum for this question so many days but what I found doesn't help me.
So I will be thankful if someone take the time to answer me:
I have a HTC artemis and I cannot make it work again. In fact, I never flash it before and it was a gift for my birthday. I tried to flash it with a rom but the problem that I can't use the activeSync. the PCC doesn't work and only I can use the bootloader. Then I tried to use the USPL because the original rom is locked but it doesn't work because the USPL works need a connction with activeSync to The PC too .
I don't know what I could do?? please help me

- can I use USPL without activSyn and using only the bootloader mode?
- if not, how can I flash my HTC artemis directly using bootloder?
My problem is that my actual rom is locked and I can't connect it to my PC with the activSyn.

I had the same problem with my i-mate jam. You should download another flash update tool and try it again. It worked for me.
