According Microsoft you cannot upgrade since devices that work on 2003 are not compatible with 5, see:

That's normally true but...when M$ were developing WM5 they tested it on a couple of PDAs including the Blue Angel. While not officially released by M$ - it has leaked out and you can use it at your own risk. One of the developers of WM5 has a blog where all this is explained. WM5 on the Blue Angel is Dog Food. Read the blog and you will understand.

I have recently bought a copy of the mobile 5 sortware and installed it on my SPV M2000 but its not working properly the camera doesnt work and it keeps crashing can someone help out and either tell me where I can get the old OS from or how I can fix this one.

the windows mobile 2005 that ppl can use for their himalaya devices is not the final version its a beta os which got leaked
and 2th it's free for everybody you just payed somebody for air
go here for a later version which will most likely include the cam software
