rom date 9.29.05
radio version : 01.04.10
protocal version : 4.0.13.17
extromversion : 1.3.2.103
it came from holland now i want to install english language i try to install this ver K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship
but it gives me error

Need Help to convert non sim Australian Telstra to European

Could someone please help change an Australian TELSTRA carrier ROM (I-Mate PDA2k EVDO) to a European one? The unfortunate part is it doesn't have a sim nor does it run on one, I think it's CDMA type. So the upgrade of the ROM has to be without SIM. Looking for Vodaphone in Spain. I would also like to know if its possible updating WM to a more newer or recent one. Thanks.
