I have totally no idea what is this file for !! just he asks for this file and I find it on my ppc's windows repertory, so ... I give it to him !! lol

its a sort of shortcut to create a new mms if im not mistaking.

You want to say new "sms" (the file's name is tnsms.exe, there is also a file named tnmms which must be to create new mms, if you're not mistaking)

Hello, First, Thanks to everyone here. I have learned alot.
I got my XDA Orbit today.
In the Contact menu I see the Sim and the Telefon Memory.
Is there a way to filter this just to show the telefon Contacts?

Ciao,
try this whit a little registry modification, you can solve your problem.
([HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Phone] "ShowSIM"=dword:00000001 ->0 to disable, 1 to enable).

Download a registry editor, PHM is free... http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/
In registry, go in the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER, then in the folder Control Panel then in the folder Phone.
Find the ShowSIM value, and then edit....

Hi I use the hide SIM contact.cab found here:

Just install it to your phone and all your sim contacts are hidden for you, you don't have to mess with the registry.

Ops, I use Windows Mobile Device Manger, Activsync does not work on my vista.
How do i get the cab to install with the WMDM?

copy the .cab to a folder on your phones memory card and run it from there.

I understand your trouble to find it. I've had a rough time myself on this board until I found it somewhere on another forum through google and registering to the forum (I got a special hotmail account just for that crap )
You're lucky im a real pack rat when it comes to file (not that I dont use that cab everytime I upgrade ROM or hard reset)

If you're finding yourself oveseas, such as in Chine (like myself), I cant use megaupload, it claims that all the slots are taken for China...

hey ive tried to download the cab file but when i try to download it, it says i need to stop all application and processes and make maximum storage. wut do i do?

Save it to your storage card instead of your hardware.

I see there is 3.5 with SP 1 now.
Is there a .cab for this?

I have the latest kavana
i cant seem to figure out how to dial 1800-flowers for example
i know on the official t-mobile rom i could do ALT+letter and it would dial it.

I'm in the same situation too.. I have WM6.1 and I've already done the applock and installed the alpha-numeric app and it still doesn't show... I know this app works because I had it on my default WM6 from T-Mobile...
Or is it just not working for me?

at the IMGFSTODUMP stage
the stage before runs but doesnt seem to generate a file

Put the atached file in the \TOOLSET\imgfs tools folder and use it to dump Artemis nb.

get hypercore kitchen
set the device to artemis and it will do all these things for you

i think you have some duplicate file(s) in your kitchen
try removing it manually(even though your kitchen supports removing duplicate files)
it should work after removing the duplicates
i use this app to remove duplicate files

1stly i am try in hypercore kitchen but everytime it came out error and error. So that I try to search another tutorial material over and over web site.
I think hyper core in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=310076 must be less something or maybe some error there for artemis.
Could you mind to correct me?
