I would like to update my xda2 with the current orange m1000 rom, is this possible? I know both devices are the same but i would like to have the orange rom as i am on orange. I have tried downloading the orange rom and upgrading but it says it cannot do so.
Can you please let me know if this is possible and if so how, thankyou very much

I have followed the forum and upgraded my device to WM5 and it all works excelently.
I know O2 have released a blackberry client for this device and was wondering where i could get this.
Ideally i would install it on my WM5 blue angel, if not can i downgrade to the O2 rom with it already installed, is it the rom or is it the extended rom ?
Anybody help with this please ?
hey i upgrade my rom to 1.5.4.2 wwe from uk site but its not working proper very slow and the o2 active software is problem i think i want other rom without o2 active software plz hepl me
I have upgraded my SPV M5000 from the orange rom to imate rom.
Then unlocked succesfully and use on t-moble and orange.
But for some reason I am trying to invistigate, it now comes up with no service for either mobile operator (t-moble/orange).
I am tempted to change back to the lasted orange rom to see if that would solve it, but would like to see if any body else has had this problem or similar problems.
I had the same issue by the sounds of it.
I upgraded my M5000 to Ivan's beta 14 ROM. This left me with the original radio rom 1.03? and the new AKU3.2 rom but had no service from the SIM.
I then applied "M5000ruu.exe" from the Orange website at

Which upgraded the Radio to 1.13? and the main ROM to AKU2. At this point I had a SIM service.
I then re-applied the Beta 14 ROM (without Radio) and I still have an Orange service.
Sorry for the crap explanation. I am very happy with the state of my M5000 now. Has given my unit a new lease of life!
Please help! i tried to update with a rom from the p3300. Every time i want to update the pc lost connection with the m650 during update.
I used a rom from this site. Pleas please getting nuts here.
