Can i upgrade it to WM2005 ?

only if Benq made a 2005 rom for their device
roms cant be transfered from 1 device to another
i think the taiwan release of the benq p50 is using wm5... although it's in chinese... i hope some of the experts are using the p50, so they could make an english version of the rom...hehe... just like the ones in XDAs....

There is no official WM6 upgrade for the M600 but Kozhura has cooked a WM6 ROM for us M600 users. Here's the link.
