I Purchased the new Qtek 9000 in South Africa.
and i'm having lot's of problems registering the Device on www.myqtek.com for a Firmware (ROM) upgrade.
Can anyone tell me how to go about getting the new Firmware (ROM) Update for the Qtek 9000...???

i have just purchased a QTEK 9090 from Expansys UK
Rom details as follows :-
ROM 1.22.00 WWE
ROM Date 10/22/04
Radio Version 1.06.00
Protocol version 1337.38
ExtRom version 1.22.123 WWE
Bluetooth 1.0.0.2400
i have been to the www.qtek.nu website, downloaded both Roms that appear there, but both give me the country id error..........ok, i know i didn't buy the unit in Sweden, but it is an official Qtek 9090 so surely i should be able to upgrade from the qtek website??? is there an english/international website for qtek ??
if anyone can help i would be grateful - i am very happy with the rom, with no problems, but i could be faced with not being to 'officially' update my rom when new advances become available

I would like to find an french version or English version. I know that I have to download the version Rom 1.66.00 but I don't know the website where I can find it.

I know everyone seems to be upgrading to other new rom upgrades for Qtek 9000 but I am wondering if anyone came across the new Qtek 9000 WWE rom from one of the european FTP sites for Qtek?

They are not interesterd in customer care that's why still their update is pending
I just try to upgrade my qtek to new Qtek ROM, but i have a problem. After upgrade, my qtek is dead. After install old flash everything is ok. On my PC and with the same file i upgrade qtek of my college without any problem. There is a one difference between this two qtek : i have G3 flash and second one is M-System.
How solve this problem ? Please help me.
It was problem with new installation software. I use old software with new ROM image. It’s working fine and qtek is :lol: .
I have purchased used Qtek 9100. Unfortunately the IME # is registered to support of Qtek., therefore I cannot access it to upgrade ROM.
Can someone guide me where to get the latest ROM upgrade or if anyone would be so kind to share login ID of Qtek 9100 support so I could download the Latest ROM update.
